Suicide Awareness Month Sept 2022

You never know what inner demons those around you are facing, and people can be quite good at keeping their internal battles private. We've all had our own life experiences, and we each handle them differently, and it pushes some to the brink.
Let's work to remove the stigma of mental health struggles from society and allow people facing struggles to know that they can seek help and not have to hold it all in until they burst.
Treat each other with as much understanding and compassion as you can; none of us are perfect, and none of us can get through this life alone. We are stronger together.
