Where Next to Conquer: Dropfleet Commander

The latest in our series focussing on alternate games is on DROPFLEET COMMANDER. Hawk Wargames space combat game which was bought by TT Combat.
With a second edition on the horizon, it seemed like a great time to feature this game. One problem, i don't actually know all that much about it!
So i brought an expert along....
