Rebuilding A "Burnac Vulcan" Model Steam Engine Toy - Part #25. Fitting the Safety Valve using Copper Washers and filling the boiler with Water. Then fitting the Steam Outlet and making sure that the Steam Engine inlet pipe and the frame line up correctly. / keithappleton

Watch out Boiler making is infectious, It starts off with just one then you find a slightly different design and build that and so on and so on. The nice thing is it gives a very satisfying feeling when you show off a steam plant and say yes I built everything including the boiler, and no there are no batteries in the boiler just water.

It is looking real nice. Looking forward to the crankshaft bushings. It always bothered me that these steam toys never had anything even approximating a bearing on their cranks.

It always bothered me to and the bearings were so easy to retro fit.
