  • Fishing a deep water Jetty for the HUGE predator that lives beneath it. This fish has been terrorising anglers for years, attacking Perch people have been reeling in and claiming them as an easy meal. I've seen it happen twice with my own eyes to two separate people, and one of those times I caught it on camera.
I always have fun doing a fishing challenge type video, especially lure fishing, and there's nothing better than a bit of pike fishing and perch fishing. I hope you enjoy this video, if you do, please consider dropping a like and subscribing if you want to see more! Leave a comment too and i'll get back to you as soon as I can!

Nice one! Great that they have re-established the cycle path as it was completely destroyed by tree fall last year. I spent Friday and Saturday pike fishing down on the lake near the top of the hill you filmed yourself cycling up and off the small headland just before the jetty. Unfortunately, I blanked (apart from an eel that engulfed a whole mackerel dead bait and completely destroyed my rig) though. I wanted to fish through the night but just got plagued by eels so brought the rods in. Mission Lake District 20lber continues...

I now use a decent D-lock around the frame to an immovable object, backed up by a heavy chain around the motor-wheels.
