please keep the shares for long time .. personally I had share of Maruti @ 370 rupees and HUL for 130 rupees in early periods of 2000. I booked handsome profits of more than 40% at that time .. but today price of Maruti is more than 8000 rs, and HUL is more than 2300, in addition think of the dividend you will get every year for holding the shares

Personally I would avoid IRCTC, Reason - 1. Even though it is a monopoly, being a public sector stock we can't trust the government to do a good job in running this in profitable manner 2. Even if it becomes profitable, government easily takes out the cash via dividends flow and uses for other purposes and not for the development of railways Other stocks in your portfolio seems to be good Even though HDFC life and Muthoot are under pressure now, they have the potential to break out and grow steadily

it is very good to learn that you have started at such an early age .. please study good investment related books , study how to do fundamental analysis of companies . don't get carried away by day trading and and other short time gains for the time being when you learn more about stock market , then slowly start trading . don't start with trading first as 80% of new entrants in stock market do. have you done an analysis of these stocks you have mentioned , also please diversify your investments , put some money in mutual funds ,bank FD , gold ETF etc
@@manut1349 yes sir definitely, I have also invested in the new Axis Special Situations Fund mutual funds too, and also started PPF account, also I've learnt fundamental analysis and technical analysis from zerodha varsity, wrote their exams and got certificates too and I'm still learning day by day, but still much to learn and develop. Personally I would avoid IRCTC,
Reason -
1. Even though it is a monopoly, being a public sector stock we can't trust the government to do a good job in running this in profitable manner
2. Even if it becomes profitable, government easily takes out the cash via dividends flow and uses for other purposes and not for the development of railways
Other stocks in your portfolio seems to be good
Even though HDFC life and Muthoot are under pressure now, they have the potential to break out and grow steadily

it is very good to learn that you have started at such an early age .. please study good investment related books , study how to do fundamental analysis of companies . don't get carried away by day trading and and other short time gains for the time being when you learn more about stock market , then slowly start trading . don't start with trading first as 80% of new entrants in stock market do. have you done an analysis of these stocks you have mentioned ,
also please diversify your investments , put some money in mutual funds ,bank FD , gold ETF etc
@@manut1349 yes sir definitely, I have also invested in the new Axis Special Situations Fund mutual funds too, and also started PPF account, also I've learnt fundamental analysis and technical analysis from zerodha varsity, wrote their exams and got certificates too and I'm still learning day by day, but still much to learn and develop. I've allocated a majority of my funds for long term investment purpose and an amount for trading purposes. Means a lot for me for your guidance sir😁, yes need to learn about gold ETF and more, hopefully very soon thankyou sir. Please keep guiding and advising me...
