Hi Ramanjeet! That was the biggest thing with my youngest, we were lucky to find the Free From Gluten line at Woolworths because a bunch of the snack items are also dairy, soy, and egg free too. Hi Karen! Unfortunately, the fish portions that my oldest two like, don't come in gluten free. I looked at what's available at my local Woolworths and the only gluten free fish filet options, other than just simple frozen filets, are the Birds Eye Steam Fresh Fish Filets 2 packs in either Red Thai Curry or Citrus & Parsley (www.woolworths.com.au/shop/productdetails/780212/birds-eye-steam-fresh-thai-red-curry-sauce). All other coated filets contain gluten. One option is to coat the plain thawed fish filets yourself in egg and then rice flour and fry them off, that would give you a similar coating to the lightly breaded ones. I hope this helps! I picked up Sealord hoki in gluten free crumbs from woolies, they are really good. Can’t find any others yet You can’t fault Chicken and leek pies also in woolies from the Gluten Free Bakehouse 😋
