19:58 yes! I wanted to sac the exchange and win the pawn (plus attack the bishop and the c-pawn) too. So satisfying to see that the engine wants it too. When yiu are up, simplify and win
Another one of these players who blast out the first half dozen moves or so, then realize they've gotten themselves into a jam with the eternally unflappable agadmator.
That was a pretty good game. I was literally screaming at the computer screen for you to sacrifice the exchange with RxF6, but was still amazed to hear at the end that this was actually the top engine move. Very satisfying to get that right in real time, it's even better than getting a pause the video move.
I also saw that right away, as it took out Black's knight, which was Black's anchor piece for his entire centre. White's queen gains the centre, and Black's bishops are uncoordinated and unsupported. White wins more material (as agadmator showed in the analysis), and then finishes developing his queenside pieces for a fairly easy win. In every game of agadmator's that I watch, he always seems to miss ONE opportunity or ONE trap, but almost invariably recovers.
Agadmator: "I do play some nice moves on occasion..." Yeah, right. With a ranking of 2126 I think those "occasions" are very frequent❤🎉😂 Keep producing your stellar content!🎉
Been a fan for years. Watching your own games with the analysis is by far the most enjoyable. I’m only a 1600 player and I was pleased I found the exchange sacrifice of your rook for knight. There’s hope for me yet
I actually think the decisive mistake here was d4 at 9:10. Your king was relatively safe at that point, but d4 allows black to take en passant and open two files for his rooks, the d and e files. Just fianchettoing the dark squared bishop on b2 may have been better if you wanted to develop that. After that sequence, around 11:15 rook f2 I think is another mistake as you pointed out. It's a tough position for white but maybe king f2 holds, running the king to g1 and castling by hand.
After watching agad's channel and chess for 4 years finally a eureka moment for me. I had spotted the Rxf6 instantly while you were playing. Was wondering why you did not see that. You would have won the exchange again giving you a winning position.
9:00 - Eliminate the f6 knight and face him with a choice of busting kingside pawn structure with gxf6 or Bxf6 and then Qxe4+ Be6 Bxe6 fxe6 Qxe6+ Be7 with an ugly position for Black. Now that I think about it recapturing the rook with the g-pawn may even be less ugly, bishop will still have to move after Qxe4 and probably invite h3-g4.
I would've sacked the exchange on 9:08, capture the knight on f6 with the rook and then capture the pawn on e4. If it's completely sound, that's another question :D But you're up a queen and removes some pieces from the board. Queen also puts pressure on white bishop etc from e4.
To those wondering about the opponent's name, Dr. Livesey is actually a very popular character from the Russian "Treasure Island" cartoon movie. Simply look it up. More specifically, look up "Dr. Livesey phony walk".
I remember that quote "Chess is an ocean where an elephant may bathe and a gnat may take a sip".. Usually you cover elephants but I appreciate the occasional dive into the realm of us gnats.
Actually shouting at the screen for you do take the Nf6 with the rook . I couldnt see why, but I just liked how it looked, you get rid of his king-fort, and you open the escape for your own king.
Yeah, me too, I am not even close to the level of Agad but, I instantly saw that line of Rook taking Knight and Queen taking pawn pressuring everything on the board... Ofcourse, it's little easier to see good moves from a third person view than from a first person view...
Please make the eval bar more visible in the analysis, Agadmator! We could hardly see it in the last few games, so I previously asked if you could show it better, so that we can see who's winning or who's just blundered. But in this video, we can't even see it at all! :( I'm sure it really does make a difference to the quality of the video for those viewing it.
Glad I calculated Rxf6 and as soon as u didn't play it I thought you got into trouble and you did a little! m 1400 so that was a proud feeling for me xd
I saw Rxf6 followed by free e4 and c6 pawns immediately! Hmm maybe when I'm not playing I could find engine precision moves! When I play maybe only a little above 1000 😆🤣
2nd : 2023 USCC - Atousa almost beat the winner Carissa Yip! It wasn't a clean victory. Carissa was losing most of the game. Atousa just blundered in the end. #suggestion #uschesschamps #uschess #uschesschamp #uscc #womeninchess
When he saw that, I think it wasn't, really; he had only to move his knight to D2 and render the light-squared bishop impotent. I don't think he had to lose the queen at all.
i am nowhere near 2000 rated but still, these games remind me that there's still good, human chess being played as opposed to the incomprehensible GM level stuff that is constantly being covered. quite enjoyable, this content, keep it up, cheers.
@karolisstropus7948 There were a lot of muves he could've done, but sometimes u can't see muves when u play. the simples one was the king f2, g1. knight or bishop d2
Nice Game well played Agadmator you just have to be more careful with your opponents possible attacks don’t get too caught up analyzing the Game and make a mistake not saying you did or would but as we all know chess takes a lot of concentration and focus you made one move where you let his Rook defended by his Knight able to come down and put a check on you and steal a pawn it was nothing big but you don’t want to miss what your opponent is up to as well Much Thanks for the Game Enjoy your day
Dude fought like a beast after losing his queen.
He fought okay, but he was lucky that his opponent played like a retard after winning the queen.
I really like these games. Keep it up Agad.
I wish agadmator could analyze my life and solve all my problems
As of today Brand new Game
Stockfish could do that better
just take your time and try to find the best move in that position
Relatable. Lol
sorry about that
I love how agadmator says "we played this, we played that". That's how I feel, we're part of this story, and we're playing good moves.
Agad, if you are trying to check opinion on these games, I say keep it up. It's great to hear your thought processes in real time.
Normal chess players: x-raying the queen
Agad: x-raying pawn through queen
Lmao

If you're playing agadmator you have to calculate b4 on every move 😂
Very true!

Your own games are very illustrative! Thanks.
"en passaing the queen" :D (!!) 8:32

"en passant-ing the queen" 🤣
Thanks!
"I was going after the pawn and I picked up the queen along the way. Sort of en passant the queen." I love Antonio's repertoire!

I’m loving these kinds of videos

3:22 the only move???
What about the simple Knight g4? 😮
Egads agad! a gaff!
I remember that quote "Chess is an ocean where an elephant may bathe and a gnat may take a sip".. Usually you cover elephants but I appreciate the occasional dive into the realm of us gnats.
These videos give me so much encouragement in my own games.
Could someone help me with 14:04 on how he would blunder a rook? I genuinely can't see it
I think knight could take the pawn on c3 with check, allowing blacks rook to capture next move. I'm not good at chess though so I might be wrong lol
@@Tortoiseneckx100You’re so right, I swear I spent so long trying to find it thank you so much 🤣
8:56 Was Rxf6 here a move?
I wrote this comment before seeing the analysis.😁
Keep these games coming. I'm enjoying them.
10:58 "Go Agad! Smash that pawn on h6" that's what I thought after castling
Actually shouting at the screen for you do take the Nf6 with the rook . I couldnt see why, but I just liked how it looked, you get rid of his king-fort, and you open the escape for your own king.

A daily video of this :O omg that would be my favorite content actually, its so much fun and entertaining.
So u like to watch bad chess?
Its too entertaining for me, sorry😭
No need to sorry.. I was just curious because his games are so bad.. low quality and zero understanding ..
I guess you must be a Grandmaster😂😂. Keep çrying while others succeed@@nikolakatanic1085
Wow! Way to go Agadmator! :)
11:18 man, no Rf2. Maybe Kf2 and then g1
I thought the best continuation was Qg6, which threatens Rxf6 then Qxg4. If he tries to defend the bishop at g4, that's a free pawn capture with Bxh6.

I still can't comprehend why at 20:17 bishop b3 wasn't played
Is there a discord for the agad community?
Whenever I’m up the exchange but my opponent has two knights, I never feel like I have the advantage. This damn tricky knights.
at 10:23 Bxh6 , pxh6, Rxf6, Bxf6, Qg6#, Kh8, QxB# and I believe white is better
I hope you had as much fun playing that as I did watching you play it! ♟️
Buahahahahaha ... those monologues are savage 😂😂😂
Why not eat the knight with the rook instead of queen to c2?
Loving these!
I love the Fried Liver. Great game
Maybe Bishop recapturing on d3 was better than queen?
There are blunders but Agadmator kind of more blunders his way to victory
I thought about saccing the exchange in real time! Didn't know if it was good though
In that position Instead of Rf2 ,Kf2 might work than you get to hide the king on g1 and h1
these videos are so good ❤
I was thinking like the quinn should be saved there must be a solution that agada and i were messing but in the end the engine said nope 😂😂😂
Please post these videos regularly❤
Rxf6 was my first inclination
Glad I calculated Rxf6 and as soon as u didn't play it I thought you got into trouble and you did a little! m 1400 so that was a proud feeling for me xd
en passanting his Queen 🙌🙌
'En passant-ing his Queen'. 😂
simply wonderful

“We’re gonna win this but how we want to win it”
Agadmator feat Bobby Fischer
A good horse never jumps higher than necessary.
A horse can jump higher than the average house. That's because it has strong hind legs, and the fact that the average house can't jump. 🤣 🐎
After seeing agadmator I am feeling like I am much better
11:20 realization
And Then I Lost My Queen Without Either Of Us Realizing It
Love your games
Pawn takes on f3 en passant forking the Bishop and Knight
I accidentally trap the enemy queen way more often than intentionally.
Didn’t Kf2 solved everything?
Dark bishop move was one move late. Bf4 save the queen.

Y not Knight to d2
Agadmator is very good.
I thought of Rook capturing the knight during the game....!
Agad is engine 😂👍

When he saw that, I think it wasn't, really; he had only to move his knight to D2 and render the light-squared bishop impotent. I don't think he had to lose the queen at all.
"One game per day" is great news! It's 20 minutes well spent.
you promised us a new saga
As of today Brand new saga
This is the new saga, Agadmator's saga
I lose the queen before realising IRL
"Wow, this is so bad..." 😀😀😀

Very enjoyable. 🎉
Un pasant the Queen 😂😂😂
I think you just move the king to f2
👍👍
Our good friend the Bishop wins the queen

king f2 my friend
Was thinking the same. Move with the king. But the engine seems to not show it later?
@karolisstropus7948 There were a lot of muves he could've done, but sometimes u can't see muves when u play. the simples one was the king f2, g1. knight or bishop d2
Was screaming rxf6 at my phone
Lol same
RXNf6 wining befor he castling
Funny he will still play this😅
knight to g4!
The crowd wanna see Agadmator vs GothamChess. It's about time.
This is game should be called Black Queen FAFO😅
Nice Game well played Agadmator you just have to be more careful with your opponents possible attacks don’t get too caught up analyzing the Game and make a mistake not saying you did or would but as we all know chess takes a lot of concentration and focus you made one move where you let his Rook defended by his Knight able to come down and put a check on you and steal a pawn it was nothing big but you don’t want to miss what your opponent is up to as well Much Thanks for the Game Enjoy your day

Developing queen too soon and moving too fast
