I know exactly, but I also know when I try to let others in I end up regretting it, either cis they r draining me, or i just attract needy users who would suck me dry and then ask why I'm not able to maintain my glow or strength.
And if I hadn't got the message God decided to take my mum years ago, my dad the year after and my baby brother at the end of 2023. Id been living with my parents since 2013 when first signs mum wasn't good and they had retired to rural France so, I quit job and left everyone behind to be with them, def don't regret but no true friends, they were my best friends, and Im struggling physically, mentally, financially and can't see my purpose at all or way to get back on track. I've always attracted people who want to u burden them selves on me, and I've been able to just about cope and recharge, Happy to offer everything I can advice support, energy, money, direction, friendship, be whatever to whom ever, but just can't manage to recharge, and can't get away from everyone long enough to try, and can't fight it as too drained and feel guilty knowing that for whatever reason my removal will cause pain to others and I guess myself too but I'm in pain staying too but only I am.
Any advice, I'm not homeless, sleeping in tent while my too family cats are being housed 3 mins round corner, I need to apply for my driving licence back, I physically need to move away for health benefits but all my best laid plains went up in smoke along with my savings and security. I've so many things I need to focus on and just can't manage any of them, let alone keep on top of the ones i do start on, every person who has offered to or claimed they could or would do or help deal with a task, seem to be just as lost as me by not following through, or broken themselves so they too leave me with half do e jobs or worse sit than I began with with further anxieties. All my help left with my parents, really when my mum got frontal lobe dementia and was no longer the formidable force she'd been all my life poss all her life, got to find out my dad was useless without her direction and criticism (nagging him along) and her then physical and mental demands were overwhelming for even us both supporting each other as a 24/7 team. My unlucky dad, never got the break he deserved after 50 years of being told what needed doing

There was a saying in the past that said “ People are lonely because they build walls instead of bridges”! There’s some truth in that. But it may also be pride. The inner pride that we can do things better than others. I will try to make a pathway to become friendlier towards others. I like the part about a distraction being replaced by direction! I trust that God will send me divine protection that he prepares for me as I travel towards my destiny. Amen 🙏 somebody?

All the time I am and alone the more now as im getting to 60 years old . I chose to serve God not money. I became a pastor and I after preaching for 6 years decided to do ministry feeding the poor for 14 years . I know i have been serving. I chose to seek the kingdom of God

This I can not change , I was born like this , I chose to serve God and not money I think of other's before I think of myself as serving God and others is me always having what I need . My Providence comes from God and I pass it on

This totally resonates! I'm alome a lot but my spiritual path is intense and takes a lot of focus, determination, tenacity, clarity and perseverance. It does take a toll and I cannot be distracted while trying to accomplish these tasks. I get sent in to pull people out of cycles and break generational curses. These are intense missions that take time. Sometimes years and patience. It's a tug of war more than not and I have to complete this while working a job and taking care of my house and yard and animals. I have to rest and isolate a lot so I don't socialize much.

I'm never more alone than when I'm in a room filled with people.
It's worse than when I sit home alone with no one to talk with.
When I've tried to call "friends" or "family", they don't answer the phone. Nor do they call back.
Also, God created the universe. The universe is NOT sentient! Worship the Creator, NOT the creation. That is Idolatry. When you speak of The Devine, that is God! Not "the universe". If you're going to use Biblical stories to make your point, you should be able to acknowledge God as the Creator! You're sending a mixed message. Chose to walk along one side of the road, or the other. If you continue walking down the center, you're sure to be hit by a car.
Also, every video on this subject talks about the story of Joseph. I've encountered it at least ten times today! There are other examples! Try one!
