The path to becoming authentic requires one to heal their inner child from conditioning that has led to suppressed emotions pain and suffering. It is this conditioning in which one will hide their authenticity and mask it with a false sense of self. When you heal your emotional body you are acknowledging and accepting the parts you believed were not good enough. It is important to love, honor and accept everything about yourself to be authentic and always be kind and compassionate with self . Just being authentic is a contribution to the world it's becoming the change that this world needs. Once you become aware of how beautiful you truly are this affects everyone and everything around you. And that's all you have to do is be the change you want to see. These and other qualities in me can work like a mirror in a negative way as well. Sometimes, my presence causes people to see things in themselves that they do not like, which they sometimes try to take out on me. I am also very empathic. I was raised by a narcissist and used to be attracted to them, but I eventually got over it. Now, I can spot a narcissist quite quickly, and I try to avoid them without them knowing that I am on to them. They can't stand me because I know what they are inside.
