Mam. They serve this biriyani a little differently. After you open the dum, the rice and the chicken are kept separately. 1st you layer the plate with chicken along with the masala, then the 1st layer of rice kept for dum and on top of that the 2nd layer of dum. Finally garnish with nuts and fried onions. That's how it is served in a plate along with salad, mint coconut chutney and beetroot pickle.
really sorry to say that but istopped video at the point where all onion ( Birista) is totally change its color to dark brown and I think it will surely affect on test of biryani
