All those years ago I thought that I was the only person in Australia that had heard of Weather Report....and then I found this band...I have both versions on vinyl.

One of my fave Aussie bands from my 20s
I caught these guys one night playing at Bombay Rock in Melbourne. Got to be one of the best live bands Australia has ever seen.
They were bloody great, have 2 albums..they were 5 years ahead of anyone else..
Almost 50 years ago...what a tremendous fusion band they were. I still have their vinyl LP....loved Crazy Boys.
Gedouttahere.. Aussie Prog at its finest I never seen this.. Col loghnan.. Supreme
Thanks for posting this, I remember back in 1975 listning to double J as a 20 year old, completly blown away with Ayers Rock, still love this music.
A great Aussie band . Mark Kennedy & Duncan McQuire the best rhythm section in the country in those times .
Still love this song after all these years. Great band.

I saw them record Big Red Rock in Armstrongs over 2 nights way back then
Fantastic. I played my Ayes Rock albums to death.
This Weather Report composition is performed well by this band. The rhythm section is very good. The sax man is very good too.
