I did my counseling internship at Higher "D" in Tulsa and have the utmost respect for Carlton (and Gina) Pearson and the amazing work they did there. RIP Carlton.
My mom listened to him alot when i was kid when he was preaching the message of Christ and forgiveness of sins if we BELIEVE and through Christ we will not go into damnation. Sad about his passing. However, I pray that he repented before he left. My heart goes out to the family and may God comfort them.

The truth should be considered to be love. How can anyone find their way without the light of God(which is his word). Without conviction there's no repentance and without repentance there's no redemption. Otherwise, it's the belief we're all God's children (unbiblical btw). Faithful and True to the call to do as Jesus did, die so that ALL may know the One True God and His Son Jesus who died for ALL so that some might be saved. CARLTON SURRENDERED ALL. I’m so glad that God isn’t a book or a religion.. Seeking God and identifying with a religion/ religious book are two different experiences. God created humans, humans created religions.. Creating a dysfunctional and divided world.. God doesn’t concern himself with religious debates about books he didn’t write. God is more concerned with how are you treating your neighbors? Jesus spoke of hell more than heaven and Pearson did not believe that Elohim will judge sin and there is a place call hell for those who dies without Jesus. And this Hell was made for the devil and the 1/3 of the angels, that revolt against a Holy Creator. Now some will find that same path because of sin. It sounds a lot like judgement that you have no authority to make. Only God has the authority to determine whether this man had anything to repent for. You have your opinions, but that's all they are. The Bible is full of do's and don'ts that most supposedly religious ignore because it's inconvenient. If you eat shellfish, you're acting against God's word, per the Bible. If you're a woman and you don't cover your hair, you're acting against God's word, per the Bible. At the end of the day ONLY God knows what will and won't be punished, and what requires repentance.

Majesty’s body language says a lot as her mother is speaking. She knows that her mother left him and she stepped in and cared so beautifully for her father. I don’t think she should have said anything honestly.
They renewed their vows before he passed. They were back together. At the same time, it would have been hard to stay with a man with the radical beliefs, Bishop Pearson had. I've followed him for so many years.

I am getting baptized today. The daily Jesus devotional has a been a huge part of my transformation in Jesus Christ. After over 10 years of addiction and sin, God chased me down as I earn over €25,000 and my old life will be burried today as I am washed clean of my past in the name of Jesus Christ. I met Carlton Pearson many years ago, when he first got married he was okay but a bit pompous. His wife more so. What's saddest is that you don't see any one at his funeral that he advocated for. He advocated hard for the LGBTQ community but you don't see them there celebrating him. No one outside the church he rejected has honoured him. That says everything you need to know. He spoilt a good legacy through his own pride. Even his wife was gone by the end.
How do you know who was in that audience? WHo's gay and who's not? How do you know if the LGBTQ didn't have their own services for Peason? There were serveral going away funerals for him.
My prayer is that God allows him to speak from where he is so that he can tell those still on this earth to repent and truly read the word for themselves. This earth that we are on aligns with two forces l. Good vs Evil and you have to choose who you follow. There is no universal salvation. GOD who is great enough to allow you to choose.

Another gospel: Carlton began to preach a Universal Redemptive Doctrine of inclusion. A view which holds that all will be saved regardless of their commitment to Jesus Christ. There is no such doctrine in the Holy Bible. All must receive Christ Jesus, as their Lord and Savior (God's Gift of Grace) through faith, belief, and confession, in order to be redeemed by Jesus' holy shed blood on the Cross. That's the only way to receive salvation and eternal life with Christ. Accepting God's offer for forgiveness of sin through Jesus. His blood was Holy, because He had no earthly father. Preaching, teaching another gospel: "I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel: which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ," (Galatians 1:6,7). "For if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or if ye receive another spirit, which ye have not received, or another gospel, which ye have not accepted, ye might well bear with him," (2 Corinthians 11:4). Paul is speaking to those who are listening to false teachings, heresy and questioning why are they so easily deceived into hearing another gospel that they have not preached by the Holy Ghost. Why they would bear or put up with someone teaching false doctrine so easily. Born-again Christians must align themselves to the teachings of Christ. Jesus is the Logos (the Living Word of God). We are to preach/teach His gospel. You are in danger of hell fire, if you preach another gospel, "And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book," (Revelation 22:19). God exalts His Word above His name, "...praise thy name for thy loving kindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name," (Psalms 138:2). God and His Word is immutable. He's the same yesterday, today and forever. He changes not. "For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth...," (Romans 1:16). The Church should be correcting false prophets and false teaching; blasphemy. Salvation: "Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me," (John 14:6). "For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved," (Romans 10:13). "Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even by Him doth this man stand here before you whole.... Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved, " (Acts 4:10 - 12). God is Holy. God will not dwell in the midst of what He came to die for; Sin.

I met Bishop Carlton Pearson in 2014 and I tell you God moved spiritually. All I know that God will do awesome things in your life if you allow a complete take over to take place.
Yes many people may or may not agree with his beliefs and we all have our own opinions in general about people in our lives or just the ones we follow or listen to. I asked even as a child if a person was terrible how do we not speak out about it at anyone’s funerals?!?! Well the word eulogy means to speak well of so………the minister or person in charge must eulogize that person. If you do the opposite of that the family can very well sue for added emotional distress, negligence, breech in contract or any negative thing that wasn’t handled properly it can lead to legal action. I Witnessed it first hand. To sum it up if you can’t speak well of that person don’t get up there and say anything. We all may not be in agreeance with the rules and laws but they still stand in place.

My mom listened to him alot when i was kid when he was preaching the message of Christ and forgiveness of sins if we BELIEVE and through Christ we will not go into damnation. Sad

It sounds a lot like judgement that you have no authority to make. Only God has the authority to determine whether this man had anything to repent for. You have your opinions, but that's all they are. The Bible is full of do's and don'ts that most supposedly religious ignore because it's inconvenient. If you eat shellfish, you're acting against God's word, per the Bible. If you're a woman and you don't cover your hair, you're acting against God's word, per the Bible. At the end of the day ONLY God knows what will and won't be punished, and what requires repentance.

I met Carlton Pearson many years ago, when he first got married he was okay but a bit pompous. His wife more so. What's saddest is that you don't see any one at his funeral that he advocated for. He advocated hard for the LGBTQ community but you don't see them there celebrating him. No one outside the church he rejected has honoured him. That says everything you need to know. He spoilt a good legacy through his own pride. Even his wife was gone by the end.

Carlton began to preach a Universal Redemptive Doctrine of inclusion. A view which holds that all will be saved regardless of their commitment to Jesus Christ. There is no such doctrine in the Holy Bible. All must receive Christ Jesus, as their Lord and Savior (God's Gift of Grace) through faith, belief, and confession, in order to be redeemed by Jesus' holy shed blood on the Cross. That's the only way to receive salvation and eternal life with Christ. Accepting God's offer for forgiveness of sin through Jesus. His blood was Holy, because He had no earthly father.
Preaching, teaching another gospel:
"I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel: which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ," (Galatians 1:6,7).
"For if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or if ye receive another spirit, which ye have not received, or another gospel, which ye have not accepted, ye might well bear with him," (2 Corinthians 11:4). Paul is speaking to those who are listening to false teachings, heresy and questioning why are they so easily deceived into hearing another gospel that they have not preached by the Holy Ghost. Why they would bear or put up with someone teaching false doctrine so easily.
Born-again Christians must align themselves to the teachings of Christ. Jesus is the Logos (the Living Word of God). We are to preach/teach His gospel. You are in danger of hell fire, if you preach another gospel, "And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book," (Revelation 22:19).
God exalts His Word above His name, "...praise thy name for thy loving kindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name," (Psalms 138:2). God and His Word is immutable. He's the same yesterday, today and forever. He changes not. "For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth...," (Romans 1:16). The Church should be correcting false prophets and false teaching; blasphemy.
Salvation:
"Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me," (John 14:6).
"For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved," (Romans 10:13).
"Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even by Him doth this man stand here before you whole.... Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved, " (Acts 4:10 - 12). God is Holy. God will not dwell in the midst of what He came to die for; Sin.

Yes many people may or may not agree with his beliefs and we all have our own opinions in general about people in our lives or just the ones we follow or listen to. I asked even as a child if a person was terrible how do we not speak out about it at anyone’s funerals?!?! Well the word eulogy means to speak well of so………the minister or person in charge must eulogize that person. If you do the opposite of that the family can very well sue for added emotional distress, negligence, breech in contract or any negative thing that wasn’t handled properly it can lead to legal action. I Witnessed it first hand. To sum it up if you can’t speak well of that person don’t get up there and say anything. We all may not be in agreeance with the rules and laws but they still stand in place.
If Christ calls us to speak truth we must obey God no matter the cost!
