This, btw, is among the worst things you can do health wise and you will ruin your sleep and your mind will be foggy. You should actually keep the dinner very light and 2-4 hours before sleeping. You should also wear a bulletproof sweater when dealing with someone who is hangry and avoid eye contact as it awakens the otherwise dormant reptilian brain.

I've seen people do that and damn it is annoying. Not eat anything all day until dinner. Getting close to dinner they see you eating cheese and crackers or some other appetizer and they are pissed off.
