- Enjoy this guided meditation whenever you are craving a sense of hope, when you want connect with feeling grateful, when you hope to reconnect to your inherent connection with the Divine.
We will start with a relaxation practice in the beginning and set the right mood. Then we will dive into a journey of the awareness, follow up with focussing on the breath and a mantra that feels good to your heart, engage all senses during storytime and slowly wake our minds up again.
My hope is, that you receive rest, a moment to yourself, full relaxation in body, mind, heart and soul and that you feel more deeply connected to something bigger, however you may want to call for it.
This meditation includes verses from the Bhagavad Gita, as well as a story from the Srimad Bhagavatam, two auspicious scriptures which help us navigate this wild ride called life.
Quotes to contemplate on:
Bhagavad Gita Chapter 4 Verse 20:
"In this endeavor there is no loss or diminution, and a little advancement on this path can protect one from the most dangerous type of fear.”
Bhagavad Gita Chapter 10 Verse 10:
"To those who are constantly devoted to serving Me with love, I give the understanding by which they can come to Me.”
The story that I am reading to you during Storytime is a shortened version of Srimad Bhagavatam Canto 1 Chapter 11. It is a beautiful opportunity to engange all of your senses and visualize the exciting and colorful return of Krishna to Dwarka.
Let me know if you enjoyed the offering, which lila you would like to hear during storytime and which part you connect with most.
Many Blessings on your soul's journey,
