Congratulations!! I know the feeling, as I just finished a month ago and had been working thru TT since 2017. Go get that job, as we're short of teachers everywhere.
Yes I have a permanent position as a ELAR co teacher and yes
I just applied 😬 I will definitely go through your page to find out what I got myself into.
Best of luck!
Congratulations! You helped me with 3 of my projects! I can't wait to get to where you are!
Keep at it you be there in no time
So happy for you! Congrats!
🎉 😮
Congratulations! I just got approved for enrollment in this program and am seriously thinking about it. I am working on my second masters right now and have been wanting to transition to teaching, and I think the time is right, but I have so many questions! Lol. It’s been hard to find people who are talking about this program recently because of what has been going on with them and their Texas accreditation.
Yes I have a masters in marketing I stated during the pandemic, I was going to go back and get a m.Ed in sped however ultimately I want to be a diag I don’t have to get a whole new masters I can get it through unt or region 11 they have the same type of program
Congratulations!!!!
Thank you!! Marvin
Congratulations!
Thank you 🎉
You have been so helpful thank you!!!
I’m so glad this has helped you
Yes she has!
Congratulations.🎊 I really appreciate you sharing your journey. Please tell me what study materials did you use to prepare you for the SPED EC-12 (161) exam
For my EC-12 I used Certify Teach texas teaher gives us a discount but i like the way it was. done cause it look just like it did at person
Congratulations!! I’m thinking about doing the Texas teachers program. What all exams did you take in being a special education teacher?
The ec-12 special education and the PPR
Can help you guy's with IEPs, 504, and steps we need to takes to protect ourselves against Medicaid Fraud as well, because once you get further, the districts will pushing more of their work, diagnosis, assessments, evaluation, treatments, lesson plans, and behavioral problems, issues, and treatment.
That will be more of a union like AFT
What would you recommend focusing on when it comes to the content exam ?
I would take the Pearson exam of your content area and see where you a weak on and I would study the part where your weak in. If you have the opportunity to take the learning liaison course you will pass
Did they communicate with you really well in the beginning. I'm having complaints about their poor communication and it makes me what to switch programs
Honestly a lot of things I stayed on top of myself cause communication is horrible
Congratulations!!! If you don’t mind me asking I am about to start the program how was the overall experience? Would you consider the program to be hard?
It’s not hard but you have to be self starting and very independent cause the customer service suck. If your coming from another field as I came from marketing. Pedagogy is what you don’t get here. But it’s not bad I would say iteach my friends who went through them had a better experience.
Hello 👋
It was wonderful coming across your page. I have recently enrolled in TT SPED CERT Program. I was wondering if you have any suggestions about completing the program? I'm currently just focusing on modules. I think there are 45 in total. My goal I have set for myself is to be completed with the modules by January 2025.
* The one disappointment I have with the program at this time is that none of my prior work experiences count towards training hours. I wish that had been explained to me before I started. Also, I believe they are increasing hours needed this month. Finally, I agree with you. Customer service sucks.
Do you have a video over the field based experiences?
Yes actually I will bring it over from my other account and post on this channel. ruclips.net/video/cWYjmYbXhBY/видео.html
Hi there, I have a Bachelor Degree in Engineering and I have more than 5 years teaching experience outside USA. I'm based in Texas now with authorization to work. Can I start teaching in Texas while acquiring the Teacher Certificate? Where do I start?
Yes
I am about to start the program and don't have any experience teaching is that a problem? How much is the total cost of the program?
About 4700 ish give or take
Do you get to pick where in Texas you go
You can go anywhere
How long did it take you to finish the certification?
It should have took 9 months however I started and stop so it took me 24 months but seriously it’s a 9 month program
How quickly do you think all the coursework and projects can be completed? I recently got hired as a non certified 4th grade teacher and they want to be interned by Dec 20th. Tell me I can get it done faster than that! Thanks!
its a lot of modules and things to go through but work on your projects now cause teaching and doing projects is going to be very rough. start your projects now
🎉
whoo hooo!!!
I’m currently on the content prep 391 for Texas teachers and I feel stuck I don’t know how to complete it so I can register for the exam. Do I have to pass all the practice exams to complete and be eligible to register for the exam? Thanks!

👏🏾
Are you able to do this program without any education in college ?
No you need a college degree
Congratulations!
