In April 2017 I left Australia for a solo trip around the world on a BMW F800GS. I named it “Are We There Yet” because I don't know my final destination or the duration of this journey.
Throughout my journey, I'm raising money for a young disabled child in Poland named Franek. Franek was diagnosed with cerebral palsy (weakness of the entire right side of the body) and he will require constant rehabilitation for the rest of his life. Flown into Vegas three times from the UK on route to the four corners areas and Grand Canyon. It used to be relatively cheap to fly there and overnight in hotels like the Luxor in the early 2000's. Glad to leave.

I've been there and done that (a few times). Good times and bad, good experiences and bad good memories and bad. Everyone should see Las Vegas at once in their lifetime. I did a few times and that's enough for my lifetime.

Traffic on the strip is terrible. Only getting worse. Right now the heat is well over 100 degrees (F). I rode through last week. The faster the better (LOL).

Great video, especially as I will be in Vegas myself in a few weeks and thinking of riding the bike up for the week I will be there. And also fun as this video meant that I was finally caught up. After talking with you at Overland Expo in Flagstaff where you reminded me to subscribe after following you on FB for 6 years, I went back to the beginning of the channel and binge watched them up till current. Turns out that following you on FB was only notifying me of about 1 video in 10, so missed ALOT! Glad to be caught up and can now follow along better. (And maybe FB will eventually start being nice and letting me know about stuff??) Enjoy the rest of the ride, and if you get anywhere close to AZ again on your way back through, ping me and can ride out and grab a meal.

Leaving Las Vegas, What Happens in Vegas Stays in Vegas. I Certainly Hope So Anyway, Oh Never Mind! It's not exactly what you think. More like All My Exes Live in Texas. Anyway while you were going through Big Bend National Park I commented that it was my Dream to get a large Adventure Bike and Ride up the Rio Grande River Basin. Well at Revzilla you will meet a Young Man from San Diego who works as a Salesman at the Fun Bike Center here in San Diego, who just recently sold me a New Suzuki 800 de, which I am currently outfitting for a trip back to the Midwest, and on my return, I am going to Texas. Thank You, Kinga!
