Thank you, the tripod is the base to the ifootage cobra 3 monopod (with pedal). It does work great for a table top tripod, and is a phenomenal monopod for under $200
For some reason I can't get into my ebay account. It wants me to create a new one. But I find one on Amazon. I think it was a little more. I think it was $75 after taxes with free shipping. It's supposed to be here by Tuesday but I haven't seen an email saying it has shipped. I do have a small plate to mount if I need to for landscape. I didn't trust some of the cheaper ones I saw and I can't afford RRS gear.
