@@BestEverFoodReviewShow I've always wondered, do you have to take certain precautions before eating some of these foods, especially in lesser developed countries? For example, you ate all kinds of street food in India, but the chances of getting sick are quite high if your bowels didn't grow and develop there. Every time my sister and I would visit family there, we would get sick and our cousins wouldn't despite eating the same food. My parents grew up there and have all kinds of stories about getting intestinal worms, but they never get sick either.

I think this hot pot culture as street food should be implemented at every corner of the world. I mean, you can chill with your friends, eat good-cheap-healthy stuff. Well, you can choose the cheap stuff to eat right? Like maybe just a few slices of meats with a bunch of veggies. If wanna go for more meaty things, I think meatball or fishcake or such is not too expensive. The broth does not need to be extra thick like tonkotsu or such, just simple clear broth is okay. The nutrients are amazing I think. You get some nutrient from the stock, toppings, and aromatic herbs and spices. Every country ofcourse can customized their broth so country with no abundant source of cheap spices and herbs could change the recipe
