Add fried shallots, soy sauce, coconut milk, and a secret sauce. Pour the satay broth into the bowl, then garnish with minced sawtooth coriander and scallion.

Mix oyster sauce, chicken powder soup, MSG, and sugar in a pot. Plate the fish maw with abalone and pour the sauce onto it. Garnish with broccoli.
🇻🇳MÔI CÁ G N HEO HẦM NỒI ĐẤT (STEWED FISH LIPS AND PIG TENDON POT): Steam the dehydrated fish lips and pig tendons for 2 hours. Boil the fish lips and pig tendons with seasonings and white wine. Stir-fry the fish lips and pig tendons with shiitake mushroom and seasonings. Put them into a pot and serve.
🇻🇳SEA CUCUMBER WITH SPECIAL SAUE: Soak the dried sea cucumber in water for 3-4 days. Boil the sea cucumber with seasonings (salt, sugar, MSG..), ginger and white wine. Make the sauce with shiitake mushroom, oyster sauce, chicken powder soup, MSG and sugar. Plate the sea cucumber up and pour the sauce into it. Garnish with some broccoli.

Having 2 co hosts makes the show double the fun, the dynamic is honestly so great and enjoyable
Not just any co hosts, it has to be Calvin and Theyun.
It’s more like a reality show that happens to have a food background
Sony by himself vids are quite boring, he does so much better with Calvin, and Thuyen - it just steps up the dynamic.
Each one brings something to the table (pun intended) Calvin is the clown - in good way, Sonny is the foil for Calvin and a great host - and Thuyen adds the spice.
I love them two together it's so fun! And she's so giggly I love it

Interesting. This food would be challenging to me (especially at that price) but I always love it when chefs take cuts that many would discard and make them delicious. I personally love offal that is traditionally affordable, because very little should be wasted ideally. So many cultures have embraced this out of necessity to make traditional delicious that people love. I think that many might not want to try some of these dishes, but really, think about it. Lobsters, crab and shrimp were once considered 'garbage' catch or basically weird sea bugs, and now they are expensive luxuries. Oysters too. Ox tail stew? Blood sausage? Delicious. It is all how you think about it. As an omnivore that is.
