This is the ending I wanted to civil war. The ACLU takes the US government to court for violating the constitution in bypassing the senate in signing a treaty that is highly unconstitutional and violates the civil liberties of American citizens. The US government loses, mostly because it's clear cut what they did. That and how did so many governments, especially ones that respect human rights, sign a treaty that is basically lose any privacy or get locked up for trial, even if you only want to live a peaceful life and never plan to use your powers? Civil war is basically a bunch of people getting arrested because they stood up for their rights to things such as a trial as a US citizen, all because Stark and the Hulk had a god complex and made an AI. Oh, and Tony Stark apparently got off Scott free for something that I'm pretty sure classifies as recruiting and using child soldier. I.e. Spider-man.

Even if Tony didn't accept Bucky's apology, Bucky could have at least said SOMETHING instead of just standing there staring at Tony like "Yeah I killed your parents, the fuck you gonna do about it??"
Yeah I also thought that was BS. Cap stands for justice and defends the innocent but that all goes out the window when it comes to his friend. Tony showed more integrity than him in this movie.
+versena It's hard for me to tell how Bucky feels in the movies cause he almost shows no damn emotion. Is he sad?? Is he angry?? Does he just not care??
Isobel Higgs Sure enough but he doesn't even seem sorry or remorseful in the slightest. It's not shown in the movie so we're not sure if he even feels bad for Stark at all. It is unfortunate he became an unconscious vessel for Hydra's actions but he is still implicated in them. The blood kinda is on his hands as well. Tho in Stark's eyes, Captain America is more guilty because Cap knew and remained silent about it the whole time. Instead of going for reconciliation and coming clean Cap prevents Bucky from meeting the ends of justice all because they're old friends. It does admittedly make the movie a little more interesting because thematically that ties back into their views on the registration act. Tony has a little more integrity than you may have initially given him credit for because he's all for answering for any atrocities left in your wake, intentional or not and Steve is not as true blue as you might think because despite committing himself to being a just moral beacon, he's still an emotional, sentimental human being who'll put his close friends above the law. They'll have their chance when the Black Panther movie comes by. It should go like this: Batman: Because I'm Batman Black Panther: I don't care Batman: You Will
2:43 that's what should've happened. like I swear we could've heard some sort of apology because he did still murder tonys parents. Even if it wasn't truly him 3:34 lmao that's so true, if iron man wanted to kill Steve like he wanted to Bucky then he would've 100% killed both of them instantly. But because he didn't want to kill Steve he couldn't kill Bucky. 4:00 that should've also happened lmao
I get it. Actually we do kind of get that acknowledgement from Bucky in the jet on the way to Siberia that even though he was mind controlled/tortured he still did those things. Its kind of frustrating really, as its not, like the characters in this universe don't understand mind control or what a person subject to mind control can do. Remember when Clint was being controlled by Loki? The way I figure the apology thing is that either Bucky knew it wouldn't make a difference as Tony was pretty hellbent on revenge anyway or his capacity for emotions including remorse was still very limited from the brain damage which years of zapping people's brain's with elecricity would tend to cause. The other thing is that Bucky only seems to kind of acknowledge things he did when he's reminded or asked which makes me suspect he did not remember a lot of his missions (his mind was wiped after each one...) and might have been just saying what was expected. "Ready to comply" if you will.
You really think apologizing would’ve stopped Tony from trying to murder him? With all that’s happened in this film, I doubt Tony would then just be fine with what happened.
@@knightmare5097 Can we please stop pretending Tony's only options were "murder him or be fine with it". Nobody says he should have been fine with it, but that also didn't give him the right to murder Bucky, any more than Wanda had the right to murder Tony for her parents death. However I do agree an apology would have made no difference. Also, since we see him being tortured for questioning Pierce and even showing a hint of defiance in The Winter Soldier, its likely that's why he didn't speak for himself. If a person thinks they're gonna be hurt or punished for speaking for themselves, they stop doing it quickly enough.
i think for some reason, it will be a scene in Villian Pub instead with Thanos. Since, HISHE is something logical, the video would probably states that no way Thanos could lose since he's a mere God.
I actually do think that Civil War would have been a stronger film if Rhodes had died, or at least been permanently crippled. And if Cap's team hadn't immediately been sprung from prison at the end. Having little to no real lasting consequences for anyone cheapened the entire conflict. The problem, I think, is that they wanted to do a really dark subject (friends turned against one another in a civil war) and treat it like just another lighthearted Marvel film, and it didn't work. Though I suppose you could say the lasting consequences caught up to them in Infinity War, when the team being divided helped Thanos win.
+Abdul Khan 1. He's only referencing the video. 2. She literally just died, that was moving on fast. 3. He barely knows Sharon outside of her relation to Peggy Carter and her government job. 4. MCU made their relationship seems even shittier and creepier than ti actually is by rushing it, so of course there's gonna be jokes about it.
Tyler Nelson 310 yeah, sure thing! so in CACW, when we see Bucky trying to live somewhat of a normal life in Bucharest, Romania, we see him at a food market buying some plums! However, he wouldn’t be able to eat the plums that he bought (supposedly plums help you have better memory?) The fandom at this point made plums a big thing for Bucky!

Cap: "We?! Tony, you're the one who's reckless!" Falcon: *Cough* "You made Ultron" *Cough* My absolute favorite scene in Hishe. They have such a good point.
except the reason Tony made Ultron was because Wanda messed with his head. And the reason the UN demanded the accords was 1) Hulk destroyed that city in Nigeria (Wanda messed with his head), 2) Ultron destroyed Sokovia (Tony made Ultron because Wanda messed with his head) and 3) Wanda had a slip of wrist and destroyed half a hospital in Laos. Then Tony was keeping Wanda put in his compound, but Steve got mad and sent Clint to call Wanda so they could all together break Steve's friend out of prison.
Honestly, I'm with my man here ^^^ and is no one pointing out Natasha, the Russian assassin that's killed how many people? I mean she's not protected by S.H.I.E.L.D anymore especially since it was discovered to have been insanely corrupt (sure she helped take it down...on an entire city but how many actually know that outside of the Avengers and would Ross really look past that?)
@@kidprime6863 no need for hindsight. We all should have remembered it was her fault since Avengers AoU. She was young and we can forgive her, but to forget it is a fault.
When you realize Tony and Steve's best friend's both: • First name is James • Last name has sounds plural because of ‘es’ • Go by a nickname based on their middle/last names • Were at one point in their lives soldiers • Have robotic body parts received after falling a great distance while fighting alongside them ( Bucky in TFA and Rhodey in CW )
"Lalalalala I'm not listening I'm not listening I can't hear you I have my fingers in my ears..." I'm glad I wasn't the only one who thought of that when they saw that scene. Zemo's plan could have been foiled by an obstinent ten year old.
nope it doesn´t work that way, as soon as he hears "nostalgia"(nostalyiee) he enters some sort of trance, otherwise it would be too easy to escape the brainwashing...
And with him previously being (I guess part of him still is) the Winter Soldier, that would be hilarious! I would probably be on the floor, laughing and crying. It would be something worth adding. SCREW DRAMATIC SCENES!!!!
+Jacob Heller well not the entire time because the cosmic cube girl made him into hydra while also making him young again but there is a chance he has always been part of Hydra
For those who didn't read Caps and Bucky's headstones, Captain America - Threw a mighty shield. When his girlfriend died, Cap didn't hesitate to make out with her niece. Bucky - He just wanted some plums.
yeah that was very good. I wouldn't have minded that at all if thats how the fight like ended. But then again. Tony wasn't listening to what anyone was saying at that point and was beyond reason. SO i don't think he would've responded this way. IF after he calmed down or a later time this happened thats probably how tony would respond but he wanted blood so I doubt buky would've even had time to say sorry
+Dil Brooks That scene would've totally worked in the movie. The only issue with that is we wouldn't get the awesome, emotional fight that happened afterwards.
Dil Brooks I think they could've used a variation, with Bucky apologizing but explaining it wasn't him, then Tony going ape shit. His "I remember all of them" line was heartbreaking. Showed how emotionally tortured he is
T'Challa: "But why did you run Bucky: "Well it all started when I was trying to buy some plums, then my friend showed out of nowhere and accidently led the FUCKING ARMY there, then I tried to get away so I didn't get arrested or murdered, THEN some crazy fucker in a catsuit started chasing me."
Off topic but when the guy says the code words to make Bucky go crazy, he says homecoming, so I imagine that's Easter egg to the Spider-Man movie? I love these little details that's why I asked
0:49 "Didn't you guys fire a nuke at the city when the Chitauri showed up?" ...huh. I had actually forgotten about that. And come to think of it, most of the disasters the Avengers fight can be traced right back to the cosmic cube that Red Skull/HYDRA unearthed back in WWII. That's what brought Loki and the Chitauri. That's what Tony used to make Ultron. The Avengers were just fighting against threats that were set into motion decades before all but one (two, if you count Thor) of them was even born.
Joey Morrissey Yeah, so? He still didn't use it to make Ultron. If you're trying to say that the Tesseract ultimately indirectly llead to Ultron then I guess that would be correct.
Captain America: "JAMES....I'VE GOTTA SAVE JAMES!" Iron-Man: "WHY DID YOU SAY THAT NAME?!?" Black Widow: "That's his friend...you know....Bucky? You know this, Tony...." Iron-Man: "Oh."
I think they should have also included that Tony was essentially blaming the victim when he blamed Bucky for his parent's deaths, even though he KNEW Bucky's mind was being controlled and was clearly not in control of his actions whatsoever. Don't get me wrong, I can understand emotions taking over rational thought, but post-fight clarity at the very least.
@@epicfan1598also the fact that he learned Cap new the entire time and didn’t tell him, even though they were supposed to be friends. That was just fuel on the fire.

3:34 lmao that's so true, if iron man wanted to kill Steve like he wanted to Bucky then he would've 100% killed both of them instantly. But because he didn't want to kill Steve he couldn't kill Bucky.
4:00 that should've also happened lmao
that bucky "can't hear you" was so funny
Bucky just need to apologize regardless if it was him or not
You really think apologizing would’ve stopped Tony from trying to murder him?
3:36 that scream always kills me.

He should've definitely died, there's no way the suit was strong enough to take that amount of damage, but it's Marvel lol
Captain Phoenix well Rhodes did got Permanently Crippled. In Endgame he could not walk without the support of the suit!

My absolute favorite scene in Hishe.
0:49 "Didn't you guys fire a nuke at the city when the Chitauri showed up?"
...huh.
But Tony didn't use the Tesseract to create Ultron he used Loki's scepter.
AlphaWolf128 but that only came into play when Loki came with the chitauri to take the tesseract
The world security council was actually the one who fired the nuke, who was working in conjunction with shield to make the hard calls.
Joey Morrissey Yeah, so? He still didn't use it to make Ultron. If you're trying to say that the Tesseract ultimately indirectly llead to Ultron then I guess that would be correct.
***** correct, if you also want a further explanation, in AOS the highest member of world secuirty council is actualy from hydra.
