    I understand exactly why she triple-checks the docs back to front. I write for clients/agencies and sometimes the words all bleed together and then I start to lean too hard on Grammarly to check my work... Slow down, don’t be lazy - read, don’t be cocky, don’t be too comfortable, be educated. Quality over quantity… but the good thing in this is that if you do quality you get quantity (more signings). I had a signing once where the lender said I use the wrong color ink I had to go back immediately to the customer and use my copy to do the whole signing over again and everyone understood. The lesson I learned was you should always double-check when you're working with a new company to make sure there's no quirky things that they want.

    I like that advice, it's not a race, double check your work, slow down. As a Procurement Contracts Officer and Realtor, I tell people to ensure you have reviewed the contract thoroughly because not doing so could have legal consequences. Be meticulous and methodical. It's quality not quantity. Asking questions is also important....NEVER ASSUME.

    At 8:09, Ms. Glover said that NSAs should be able to go to OfficeMax or Office Depot for example and print the necessary documents to correct whatever error needs correcting. This question popped into my mind. I saw in a Notary Stars video that NSAs should avoid printing or reprinting client documents because the machines in places like OfficeMax, UPS, FedEx Kinkos, etc, are not configured to safeguard sensitive information. It was also said that some title companies and lenders take that so seriously that if they find out an NSA did that, that NSA opens themselves up to be sued. If I can find the video and bookmark the exact moment in a follow up comment, I'll do my best to get that to you. In the meantime, what if anything have you heard about that?

    • @MarkWillsLoanSigningSystem
      @MarkWillsLoanSigningSystem  4 года назад +2

      in full honesty-this the toughest part about being a part time signing agent-being accountable for your mistakes.
      If a mistake is made-it needs to be fixed asap because the lender needs it fixed to fund a loan. there is no work around outside of taking time off of work to get the error fixed.
