Omg when you put it that way 😂 It did NOT get that way overnight I promise you. It’s years of doing a little here and little there and building it up (what feels) very slowly. Impossible to do everything every day. It’s a juggling act! 🤹♀️

Casual seller on eBay since 1999. Now that kids are grown, it's my time now. I would also classify your system as an "unpalleting process." ;)

I purchased a case and divided by what the item is used for such as hair products, dental products, shaving products, etc. Your video on how you list them online really helped me with that. BTW, the product UnDu Label remover from Amazon works great and quickly. Gave that job to my hubby. ;) ;) LOL

One question, the stuff you sell locally on FB Marketplace, I don't imagine you onesy twosy it so do you sell like a mixed box at a time? What kind of price range to you get with the FB Marketplace stuff vs. the price paid? Do you break even? Make a little? Still miss the stairway studio videos! One of the best tips you gave me was how to ship jeans in a flat rate!

I used to work as a customer service at Target and that pallet definitely looked like from Target. Make sure you were gloves when you handle the clothing part of the pallet because people do questionable things.

And I can be wrong BUT the Garbage Bin with things like the Dental Guards are a Loss BUT if I'm correct they can be used towards a tax write off :0) I would Totally Look into it. Even if you are not getting the COLD HARD CASH in your hand they still have a value. Please talk to your tax person. or look into it.

I had to wait 6 weeks for this order. I’ve started looking into HBA through other sources because of the long waits but Via is great for all kinds of merchandise. It’s just a shame HBA is so rare there

Can only guess that resellers try get pallets from places who sell to stores and resellers by chance. so when u have places who sell pallets of good that stores dont want or need that resellers who done this for so long are aware of what sites to check to get pallets at anytime through out the year. i might be wrong, but just how i see things .
I think I asked this before but never got an answer. These are unmanifested right? How can you know if a pallet is overpriced if you don’t know what’s in it? It seems like a lot of blind faith goes into trusting these liquidation companies. At least Bulq will provide a manifest. Most places will not.
When you sell local, for the HBA items, do you save it all and do a big sale all at once, or list ongoing? On fb marketplace? As a yard sale? I’ve seen people post pics of tons of shampoo bottles and detergent and what not, but do you get a good turnout for that?
A little bit of all of that depending on my time and how much I have. Around where I live people will snatch it up at yard sales or buy lots on Facebook marketplace. I never have a problem selling any of that kind of stuff local
Love your videos - you have perfect diction and enunciation :-) ! Question: While unboxing, can you use your barcode scanner to look up your own previously listed items? If you have your inventory listed on a spreadsheet, you might be able to find an obscure listing; you might not have to rely on your memory if you're unsure of the item. Might save you time and $!
If you have your phone you can use the barcode scanner to search your active inventory if you needed to! But I’m sure you could bring a barcode scanner out and have a laptop or tablet handy :)

Only the regular SKU merchandise is on the site. Everything else is whatever they have whenever they have it or IF they get it
