The customer service wasn't great at all. We potentially would have spent thousands of dollars with them that ended up going to other companies because of this.

We ship nationwide and internationally. The only scenario where we wouldn't ship or at the very least not recommend the shipment is if freight is cost prohibitive. There's no point shipping someone a $400 pallet is freight is $300 for example. That's where your Account Manager comes in and can find the best way's to maximize your shipping and in turn your potential ROI.
If you're in California you can purchase from us without ones but will need to pay sales tax. If you're outside of California you don't need a resellers permit and you won't pay tax without one.

You're looking at approx. 5-7 business days for shipments to get to you however that may fluctuate based on the merchandise and what location it's shipping out of. Crazy how much stuff there are and how the real value of things we return become so little. Makes me feel bad and also, I feel like I wouldn’t wanna spend money for retail anymore.
I would say it never rains in Southern California but it's May 16th and raining with an outdoor Auction scheduled for 3 hours from now. The racks outside are completely covered and any pallets left outside are either covered with tarps or brought inside on the odd chance it rains... like today :)

Looks like they have amazing deals at first sight but I visited their website and they are selling their pallets for 30-40 percent of retail price. Not a good deal at all. Its hard to sell some of these items for even 50% of the retail price since most of them are items that could not sell at the giant retailers like Walmart and Target. Plus it comes with a lot damaged items that has to be thrown away plus some cheap items that are VERY hard to sell. So their prices are ok if its for personal use but not for resellers like me.
OK so I went to the web site...So I was looking for tools ..They have ▬►only◄▬ "Tools & Hardware" and your choice is a single offer of $8088.00 for 26 pallets (un manifested). I assume that means No list of what you are getting.Which Begs the question....How do they arrive @ 8k for the load.???.....and I have yet to find a good vendor for this type of merchandise...Good Luck!!!
The website only has the reoccurring loads or truckloads. If you are looking for particular pallets you need to call and get set up with an account manager. Whenever pallets of tools come in they can contact you because those will never be put on the site. I do all of my shopping with my account manager, I never buy off the site

I believe most prices are firm but doesn’t hurt to be in contact with your account manager and ask lots of questions. They might negotiate on a case by case basis depending on the merchandise :)
Spent like $6k a this place honestly just a bunch of overpriced crap!! very hit and miss from this place lots of expired items. They burn through new resellers.

Most of what I showed on the video is not listed on the site. You have to work one on one with an account manager to grab those deals
