I couldn't find this in the North American 120vac version, so I ordered the 240vac version and will tell you here how to convert it to 120vac for about a dollar. The Transformer output is around 14v with a 220vac supply input, which when rectified easily drives the 12vdc relay. However, with only 120v supply, it outputs about 6.5vdc after being rectified, so swapping out the SRD-12VDC-SL-A relay with a SRD-06VDC-SL-C will convert this to a 120vac use. The rest of the board will even run cooler as the on-board 5vdc voltage rectifier will only have to sink 1vdc on a 120vac system instead of the 9vdc it has to sink on a 240vac supply. This design is tried, tested and true. The SRD-12VDC-SL-A relays are also available on Aliexpress for about one dollar a piece. Hope this helps someone looking to use this in North America or anywhere that has 120vac mains voltage. Cheers.

    Sir please reply...
I have a xh m601 auto start and stop charging module.
It charges say a car battery when the voltage is below the minimum set value say 11.5V, and it continues to charge till it reaches max set voltage say 14.5. i.e. between 11.5 to 14.5, the RELAY IS ALWAYS ON. This is fine.
Now, I want the reverse output of this module.
I want the relay to be ACTIVATED only when the battery voltage is GREATER THAN 11.5V.
And it will remain activated until it reaches 14.5V.
That is RELAY will remain activated between 11.5 to 14.5. And it will remain OFF at below 11.5V.
Please help me get this reverse output for this specific module.😊

    I have this module.
However the charger is at about 14 V. The charger bypasses directly to the detection, and constantly switches on and off (every second) if the upper limit is less than the 14 V. If the upper limit is more than the 14 V, then the charger never switches off.
    Would you please assist?
How can I keep the detection ports from not detecting the charger, but only the battery?

Is my description about what is happening on the RIGHT SIDE of this XY-DJ correct? If so, does that mean I'll need to plug two devices into a wall outlet to make XY-DJ work to charge my Battery? Please read my last message again. And thanks for every response you've made thus far.

    Hello!
My task: When electricity appears on the network, my automation includes a power outlet in which a charger is inserted, the output of which is constantly connected to the battery terminals, and the battery is charged. When the voltage in the network disappears, my automation includes an inverter, the input of which is also constantly connected to the battery terminals, and the output to the consumers in the apartment. Now what I want to do. Since the power supply interval on the network is longer than the required battery charge time (up to 14.4V), I need XH-M602 without my participation (!!! This is a key requirement !!!) turned on the charge when electricity appeared on the network, and turned off the charger when the voltage at the terminals reached maximum.
Question: if the limit 10.5 - 14.4 c is set for me in advance on XH-M602, and my automation, when the voltage appears on the network, supplied 220v for power to XH-M602, which includes a charger, and on the terminals of my battery will be, for example 13.2v (t.e. it will be the middle of the set interval !!!), then XH-M602 will turn on the charger?

Battery needs huge DC power this transformer is very 1/100 or 1/500 of the charger needed for battery. So the transformer in this module simply able to power the module only.

I am trying to fix up a new charger for my friends 20 v power tool after he blew its charger by putting in the wrong battery, which had the + and - terminals the other way around.
Two questions, if you'd be so kind as to answer them:
1/. The battery has a BMS, so can I skip the charger (which is blown) and connect the XH-M602 directly to the battery terminals?
2/. What amperage does the XH-M602 work at?

Good day robojax, im currently woeking on a project that is Li battery operated and I don't know what module I will search until i saw this one, i have two 6v motor drivers which is supplied by the 12v battery and has a split connection. Any ideas on how can i charge the battery and also gives the output when not in charge thankyou so much

    • @robojax
      @robojax  4 года назад

Good day, Your batter has two terminals. You can connect your charger to the battery. Then connect your motor to the two terminals. So you will have 2 positive and 2 negative connected to the same terminals of battery. that is called parallel. You said your motors are 6V, I assume you have connected them in series to operate them with 12V otherwise they will die. So form both motors you should have only 2 wires which I call them "motor wires"

This will just monitor the voltage of a battery and when it reached below certain level it connects it and disconnect when it is above setting value. But power is the limit of the relay. You can however use external more powerful relay to control more powerful charger.

@@MrDaedalusWren Thank you Wayne, my Hero for today :) TBH I didn't remember the Relay in question nor the comment I'd made, since the product wasn't for me on 110v AC, but upon review your tried and tested "fix" with a 12v to 6v relay switch out, is a relatively easy way for those of us Stateside with only 110v AC to use this useful product, so kudos to you my friend 😀
P.S For US use there is also a different module that does work with 80-260v AC input, called a YX-X2086 and it's for 1.5v-120v DC batteries with 10a max load (so chargers must be set under that.) But at least with this charge controller module, no mods are required.

can this device be a LVD in solar panel system, I'm thinking to use this in output in my inverter? how about flip the value, upper value is 11 volt so it can cutoff all AC Out and lower value is 13.8v so the ac input and output will work again?
