Had a feeling Okada was going to win . After being the top guy in New Japan you knew that he would make a quick impact in AEW . Kingston was a great Champion and gave Okada 1 hell of a match but congrats to Okada for winning his 1st title in the states .Plus seeing Pac make a statement after the match . Can't wait to see those 2 get it on . Must watch imo .

I'm feeling 2012 Rainmaker Okada vibes where he's new and feels like he has to prove himself again to a new audience. The dude can make just about anyone in that ring and could easily be AEW champion inside a year, and it'd be plausible. Swerve vs Okada or Swerve vs Ospreay, the number of match ups are crazy, ESPECIALLY when Kenny comes back.
Would be nice to see Okada also hold the TNT championship and International Championship being a belt collector of sorts en route to defeating Swerve for the AEW Championship after Swerve finally wins it.
Nothing against Okada but maybe it’s too early to give him a title this quick in the company. But I get it. Good business decision and Okada is one of the best in the world and putting the title on him gets AEW more promotion as a company.
