I’ve seen Showstoppers twice - once in Cambridge and once again in London - Ben hit the nail on the head when he said the best £20 you can spend on live entertainment!

I had no idea this was called Shaking Beef in english. Sometimes I forgot asian dishes have english names so this is good to know.
Well, I kind of expected something like this from Ben, but I thought it would be Japanese and not Vietnamese. The theatre part I guess right :D I think James should also plan a Mystery Night. I really would like to see what James would be planning.
Honestly out of all the nights out, this is the one id enjoy the most. I love Vietnamese food and I LOVE theater
Same. I was a bit worried about the improv - if they were doing the improv rather than watching it for Ben to get out of his comfort zone with something he enjoys i.e. theatre that might have been my nightmare but of course he did something tried and true.
Jamie’s is the one I’d enjoy the most I think, but all of these look wildly fun

As soon as Ben said "The West End" i knew it would be an amazing and just my kind of episode (because theatre).I love how this series is showcasing each of you as people and you're interests, i think its a great way for the audience to know you guys better. Please keep this series going

I got so excited seeing what Ben ordered onto the table. I was literally calling out every dish in Vietnamese as they appeared on screen lol
I loved this series. There is something about watching friends make memories and enjoy good food that just makes me happy.

My grandmother and I went to a nice Vietnamese restaurant when I was in junior high after a visit to the human anatomy museum during their "Bodies: The Exhibition" tour (a exhibit full of plasticized human remains showcasing the inner workings of the human body, both my grandmother and I were enthralled as she finds forensic science fascinating and I just thought it was really neat) . It's ones of my treasured childhood memories, after seeing all of these strange and wonderful displays unabashedly exploring human anatomy and learning the science behind how the human body works, and then enjoying new, strange, and delectable Vietnamese foods, it was something I'll never forget. This reminded me of that, and I liked this video quite a bit.
You have to do a "come dine with me"-esque series
I've just realized that as much as I like new and different food, it's extremely daunting to try something new in a restaurant.
I'm tight on cash and always have been, so this idea that it could be awful and I'll have just wasted all that money is a real barrier. Not that familiar food always goes well, but at least then I know it's the restaurant I don't like and not the dish itself. And frankly, it still puts a major crimp in my day.
Would love to see one of these again with James included when life's a bit back to normal

Have a set number of activities, get the community's input, and draw them out raffle style. For example, have an activity box, a dinner box, and a post dinner box and draw one out of each.
Watching this during quarantine and i know they cant do it now but it would be great to see this series again sometime in the future!!
Barry's face through all of this was just spectacular, I would rewatch solely because of that. The fact that it's generally funny is just another benefit
It's honestly a ton of fun to see you guys try to outdo each other. I'd love to see what Barry would do now that he knows what kind of game he's really competing with. I'm also glad Mike won this round.

I absolutely hope you do more videos along these lines! I'll admit I'm subscribed but I watch when I feel like it, and the mystery nights gripped me. It's watching four friends having a fun evening with a competitive element, what's not to love?! An extension of the idea that you could do involving your viewers might be to go on a mini-break in other cities/towns with a local viewer guiding your food and entertainment. I'd also kind of like to see you all critique the menus of the chain restaurants, the kind that are more accessible to people because they regularly offer voucher deals and such.

Loved all of these Mystery Night videos,... just thought I'd let you know this is actually listed as the 2nd video in the playlist, so unfortunately I knew the results before I watched Jamie and Mike's turn. Keep it up, I hope this and London's Best are here to stay, always a great watch.
I grew up very close to a big Vietnamese community in Melbourne, and my mum is a chef who always encouraged us to try anything! Vietnamese is my favourite cuisine!

Last picnic I recall you guys going on, it rained.. a lot. But it was still quite fun. There are a lot of cultural stops around you in and out of London that are outdoors that you could go to as a day outing with culture and consumption. Just, a day without the rain might be a good idea ;)

Do a night in showing your favorite places to get food delivered from (for nights you want to stay on with friends), or a mystery night where James plans everything for you guys and you don't know anything until you get to the destination (blindfolded until you get to the destination). Love your videos y'all are awesome.
MAKE THIS A SERIES!! Maybe do a mystery day? So you guys have to plan three meals (maybe more with snacks) and an itinerary for the entire day? You'd probably have to up the budget but it would be cool :)

To truly make it a mystery you can put the restaurants and activities in hats and draw one of each and the 'host is responsible to keep you on a budget.
