You should definitely do a review and ill make sure to watch and like it. It doesnt matter if its a budget build or a very expensive build as long as it has everything you need and your happy with it. Thank you for watching 🙏
@@Rventureland thank you I will, I just subscribed, I’m from California, I see you have a couple videos from here too, but yea man I’m happy it does everything I need it to do and some. I love my set up!!!
Hell yeah! I don't know why F150's don't get more love. Mine is a bone stock 2016 FX4 5.0 and while I only run old forest service roads here in north Georgia, it's never been stuck and the extra room is always nice.
Yeah true especially if its the coyote 5.0. Yeah F150 is a beast and Im glad I have one. The extra room is definitely nice. With that, thank you for watching 🙏
Good looking truck you got there!! I also went the full sized truck route. Got '22 F-150 XLT. Still fairly stock but yeah my biggest reason for going full sized was the cab room and the fact that in order to get to a lot for good trails involves hours of driving and the full size truck is just so much more comfortable to ride in.
Thats the same reason I got a full size truck. My thought is when I’m going on a trip, I want to make sure my family and I are comfortable. What have you done to your truck? And what route are you going to take on your build more for off road or overland?
I see you build a masterpiece of a FX4. Nice camper. You should do a full review of your truck, im curious of what you have in there. How do you like the slide in camper?
@@Rventureland I have a 3in lift and 35" all terrians and a few engine upgrades. (CAI, and 5 Star Tuner). Nothing really overland related but seeing your set up has given me some good inspiration on where i want to start!
You basically have the important stuff. Lifts and tires. If I were to start over, I wouldn’t get an open bed rack, I’ll get something like a smartcap. With that, enjoy your overland build process.
Oh yeah an F250 might be better. F250 with an RSI smartcap and custom built sleeping platform on the trunk would be an ideal truck camping setup. Someday I might get one. Thank you for watching 🙏
Very nice! I wonder, have you considered say an RSI Smartcap over the bed instead of that open cage? You can mount the RTT and other stuff on top just as well since it can carry a heavy load but then everything can be stored safe and dry inside. If you have, why did you choose what you did instead? Thanks. I'm looking at going the F150 route too, though I need to look into your comment about having to drill into the cab to mount the rack, maybe that has or will be changed, I hope.
Yes if I could start my build all over again, I would get an RSI Smartcap. To be honest, I got the CBIOffroad rack because of the looks and the review was good. With drilling, it wasnt too bad but I wish it was already pre drilled to make the installation easier. With that said, thank you for watching and hopefully you get your F150 soon. 🙏
F150 full size gang 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
Yes sir 🫡
@@Rventureland I need to do a review on mine!! But my whole build is biased on budget, because I’m broke haha jk

I’ve watched your videos before. Excellent content. Keep it up and I am subscribed.
Very nice build bro!! Truck is sick!
Same as your F150 build. Thank you for watching 🫡

Nice build! I like it that you did it with a full size truck
Glad you like it! Thank you for watching.
Nice setup f150 bro
Thank you for very much!
Great build!
Thank you!

Nice Truck. I have a 23 F-150 STX FX4 also with the ICON Stage 2 suspension and Falken AT3W Wildpeaks. Such a great setup. Enjoy!
Great setup! That's awesome. What color is your truck?
Thanks it has been a great truck. The color is called Avalanche. It’s white/grey.
Nice looking rig! I have a 2022 Powerboost Hybrid and love my truck.
Thats a beast of a truck you have there. I wanted the Powerboost Hybrid but it was hard to get during 2021. Thank you for watching 🙏
Beautiful rig. I also use an fx4 but with a used slide in camper. The interiors are way more luxurious then a smaller truck.
I see you build a masterpiece of a FX4. Nice camper. You should do a full review of your truck, im curious of what you have in there. How do you like the slide in camper?
Very nice setup dude.
Thank you 🙏
Awesome setup! Looking to do similar on my 22 F150
Thank you! Have you done anything to your truck?

To be honest I think this is the better overlanding rig more so than the little trucks. Just my opinion and preference.
I agree. Especially with a family. Im not really a fan of the mid size truck. I want to feel comfortable not suffocating on an adventure trip.
Great looking truck. It's a great set up. I have the ford raptor grill too
Thank you!
Nice truck..im looking into getting a 1st gen raptor for overlanding
Thats a very good choice and it holds its value. Hopefully, you get it soon so you can start exploring. Good luck and thank you for watching 🙏
Falken updated the wildpeak AT3w tire and calls it AT4w now
I just got a set and I love them, they have a little longer tread life
When the time comes to replace my tires, I will definitely get those. Thank you for watching 🙏
Ay bro what are the fender flares that you have on your truck?
Its the RedRock Pocket Style Fender Flares I bought it from Americantrucks.com. Happy Thanksgiving 🙏
Let’s not forget about the F250.

what ditch light mount are you running for the LP4s? I have 4" ditch lights on my 2023 f150 setup but the mount is not the sturdiest.
Morimoto ditch light mount is what I currently have. Its pretty heavy but its sturdy.
where r u located? looks sweet
This was at lake mead. There’s a trail on the left side before you hit Echo Bay
And you don’t get any rubbing with 35s? Or did you do some trimming?
With a 2 inch lift it doesn’t rub, but I did cut the front & rear wheel frame. I didn’t have to but I plan on going 37’s.
I don’t like accessorizing but this looks good.
Thank you!
That's fraptor, lol... kidding aside, that's a good-looking rig..
You are right though 😂 and thank you, I tried my best making it look nice.
yeah why did you put a raptor grill on a XLT
I didnt like the other type of grills. The Ford lettering looks better. What do you think?
