You need a plugin to replace the grass... Maybe add the plugin in the description so people know before watching 8 mins. The video is well done and your edits are nice it just is a bummer the viewer doesn't know it takes a plugin to solve the issue of replacing grass.

I've been following you and it's simply amazing! Just yesterday, it took me 6 hours to edit 50 photos, I'm going to learn and try the moves you introduced earlier, including the POP angle for the pre-shoot, you're great

Bro I know, I took the same amount of time when I first learned this technique. Then I found out what all the repeatable steps were and unless I'm doing detailed high-end edits, my standard edits with this technique only take about an hour or less per house utilizing actions to do basically evertlything for you.
Biggest thing is shooting every room in the same exact process so that you only need one master action to edit all your images. If you change up your shooting process with each room then your actions won't work correctly and you'll have to edit manually

This doesn't really matter, but it could be confusing to someone watching. Ctrl+Shft+Alt+E creates a stamp layer of what's visible. Merge all visible would be merging and replacing all the layers with that merged layer. =)

Bro, after all this time, I never realized. You are 100% correct, I'm going to have to change the way I say it now. Thank you!

Beautiful edit, I've watched some other bigger real estate photographers and no disrespect to anyone but their "high end" edits were pretty sloppy. This stuff is on point.

You're the man, thank you, that means a lot to me!
I use a lot of similar techniques as other RUclipsrs do and I by no means invented any of these techniques. Though one thing I did do however, is put an extreme amount of thinking into how to streamline everything into a simple process.
When I used to watch real estate photography videos in the past, I don't think I ever saw a system in which practically everything is done for you. Because of that, I was usually editing a house for 2 to 3 hours each. Now with this system, my edits are down to 40 minutes, maybe an hour for 30-40 images, which means I can shoot and edit more houses each day.

@@BrandonWattsREP Your technique definitely works really well, watching your videos is like an internship. I love that final image I'd use that as my wallpaper.

      That's great to hear!
I want to grow my business by hiring and teaching someone to edit in this style. I wouldn't want to grow and have to rely on an outsourced editor and their editing techniques, it just doesn't work for me, but who knows.
I do have one editor that I like, I just prefer to do my own edits and allocate the money saved into other areas of the business.
