This two-parter is not hated or anything but I don't see it mentioned a lot. I really really love it.
I really liked it! It utilized the Doctor time traveling to solve a problem, rather than just finding a new one.
Definitely an underrated episode, I didn’t appreciate it at the time but it really is well done.
