This might be difficult to believe but I found your channel around 3 hours ago and binge-watched How to Meal Prep's almost all of 1 to 23 episodes. But this is the ridiculous part: it's 8am right now. You've got me hooked on this! Personally, the best part about your videos is not how informative your videos are, or how enjoyable they look - it's the length of the videos and how you manage to cram all the necessary info in around 5 to 8 minutes (at least most of them) without coming off as hurried or anything of that sort. Truly remarkable. I've seen loads of Weekly Meal Prep videos and they are usually longer. I'm a university student. I am not even experienced much in cooking but your videos have been enough helpful. You guys deserve more recognition. Love you both. Thank you. Don't stop. And never delete these videos from RUclips because I might just show these videos to my kids one day
Hi Syed, WOW!!!! Thank you so much for such a kind comment!! We truly appreciate your support!!!! Please share us with your friends and family :) Have a great night!!! Stephanie and Adam
Guys, i must admit your meal prepping videos are the most enthusiastic, informative and fun too watch in whole youtube. No talking for 15mins about irrelevant stuff, just giving us great healthy recipes, ideas and advices. Love your channel. Please do not stop!!!
I've been loving putting a tablespoon of pure pumpkin puree in my overnight oats, a little stevia and pumpkin pie spice. Eating it cold in the morning tastes exactly like pumpkin pie!
These meal preps are toooo amazing! I'm a uni student so time for cooking isn't something we have time (or the energy for or in the mood) so keeping healthy can be so difficult. I commend how budget friendly your meals are! keep it up guys xx
It's 12pm in Montreal and I found your channel about 2 hours ago and cant stop watching !!! I need to sleep but you guys are awesome and I'm definitely doing some grocery shopping tomorrow to start meal prepping :)
Thanks guys! I'm finding recipes to prep for my hub's lunch boxes, he is a teacher and barely has time to buy and have lunch. Your channel is amazing!!! Now he can eat healthy delicious food every day! Can't wait to make them!
Never stop making Meal Prep videos, this is the greatest series for busy people! However it would be nice if you could show the brand of the items you guys are using since it's quiet time consuming to look through all the ingredients in different brand items. :D THANKYOU
I tried the peanut butter and jelly one. I used powdered peanut butter which I don't recommend. It wasn't very creamy and didn't have a strong peanut butter flavor. so I tried it with regular peanut butter the next day and it was so good! Super creamy and delicious and I didn't need any sugar. I eat overnight oats every morning now! Thank you so much for introducing me to this!
i love the pb recipe. i used to use vanilla protein powder but i wasnt sure if i could warm it up. but with the pb, i warm it up n i LOVE it! i experiment with different add ins. blackberries r one of my favs. thx so much n keep up the great work! 😃
I love whole milk! I'm glad you used it in this recipe. I got "told" just the other day I could never be successful in my dieting if I used whole milk.
I've been trying to find guides and recipes to give meal prepping some variety and I am so happy that I found this channel. I can't wait to start using these meals. Thank you so much and keep doing you :)
I don't normally comment on videos - but you guys got the sub from me with a combination of your great facts in the video and also adorable relationship you look to have. Thanks so much for sharing these yummy recipes, looking forward to healthier breakfasts this week now!
New Subscriber here, totally addicted to your vids and ideas! After hitting the big 3-0 I've just started getting truly serious about my health and fitness and find meal prepping the best way to keep my goals active and my food organized so as I'm not left to make poor impulsive decisions in the heat of the moment when you have that "I dunno, what do you want to eat?" discussion at lunch or dinner which usually ends in bad take-away food you regret! It's great to have meals sorted and good to go to avoid that hassle! I really appreciate the recipes and all the information you give with the macros. I would definitely love to see more healthy breakfast and healthy snack related recipes in the future, but of course dinners and lunches too! Thanks for all you do! xAMx
I have always been hesitant about the overnight oats but after watching you all's video I was like wth and give it try.. Let me say I loved it!!! I made it with the bananas and it was awesome...
Thank you so much for all of these amazing recipes, I've been watching your videos for about a month now and I was instantly hooked, you've helped me save time and make food so much better than I used to make it, thank you 😊👍🏻 You guys make cooking so much fun and I love to just cook along to your videos 👍🏻👍🏻
I love overnight oats, so delicious. Full fat milk is better than low fat or no fat milk you guys are so right. I can't drink full cream though as I have a slight intolerance to regular milk, so I have to have almond or cashew milk. I love this he PB and jelly oats idea" yum
Thank you guys so much! I am lactose intolerant and I would have never thought that almond milk could have any other ingridients than water and almonds. So right after I saw your video and i went and got an almond milk wihtout additives.
I'm new to your channel and have watched most of your videos. I love how simple you make everything look. To add to this awesome recipe... 1/2 to 1 tbsp of organic cream cheese Crush 1 or 2 organic graham crackers 1/8 tsp pure vanilla extract 30 grams of any berry. Tastes like cheesecake! :)
These look delectable. I just uploaded a baked oat video on my channel made with whole milk too. What a coincidence we both had oats on our minds this week. Great video guys.
This is my fav over night oats video!!! I make them like this EVERY time. No sugar or maple syrup on mine. =] love it!!! and i make it with blueberries too and love that PB brand (chunky)
I LOVE your channel! I've been making your recipes for the past two weeks, the sweet potato lasagna is my favorite! I can't wait to try the pb&j oats, it looks sooooo good.
Thank you guys!! I did an overnight oats recipe from another website and it was peanut butter and cacao and the calorie content alone was 946 (with the maple syrup, milk and yoghurt on top) :O just for breakfast. I couldn't bring myself to eat it. So now I have found yours and I am making them now :D Although I am lactose intolerant so I cant have cows milk T_T
I know when someone is on a stricter low carb diet, they go for unsweetened almond milk because it's really low carb, whereas milk has about 11 grams or so. Of course, if one is that strict, then they wouldn't be having oats or fruit anyway. But that's why so many recipes call for that, because it's a fluid that is low carb, and usually low fat.
Love the recipes you guys come up with!! This might be a silly question, but can we use steel cut oats or do rolled oats work better for overnight? Thanks guys!
Megha Abraham I've made overnight oats with both. I prefer rolled because of the consistency. I also like to use PB2 instead of peanut or almond butter for less calories.
The processing; steel is less processed than rolled or instant (instant being the most processed). Because of this, steel oats has a different -- toothier -- consistency.
has anybody tried freeze dried milk and fruits to make a mix for camping, traveling or maybe just to stash in a desk drawer for a quick breakfast or snack? Think I'm going to give it a try. Thanks for the video share.
You guys are ridiculous and i'm glad i found you! I Just made the egg pancakes w/zucchini and i plan on trying this out today. I'll keep you guys posted!
Yay well done for using full fat milk. Your body needs that fat in order for calcium to be incorporated into bone. I also add some protein powder to meet the leucine threshold so that catabolism of the muscle is turned off from from when you were sleeping. Then i hit the gym. Love your recipes.
I picked up some steel cut oats today. I noticed there are 3 minute oats which I did not purchase. Should you always go with the more instant choice. I made some Mason jars, tonight and it sure doesn't look like yours. lol
Thank you for this! Omg.. I literally keep finding a million recipes with almond milk and I can't buy it here unless I want to pay a lot of money for it!
Looking at mason jars on Amazon. The jars you guys used were 8oz/half pint jars, right? I’ve searched and some 8oz mason jars look tiny. I’m confused. Please help!
Lovely! I have tried them and they are actually really good. Keep up the good work. However...the portions seem a little small for me, I don't know if it is because I'm used to eat a big breakfast (and I need to change that) or because I feel like I need more fuel after a full tapout xt session. Do you eat a jar of this along with something else? or...do you have any suggestions for snacks? I start my day early and waiting from 6am to my lunch (prepped in advance ;) ) feels kind of too long for me. I love having tea or coffee around 10am and I usually have biscuits with it but I'm trying to change that. Any suggestions? I appreciate it!
Hi Marian! Glad you enjoyed them! Yes, waiting from 6-noon is a very long time! You need to keep fuel in your fire, so to speak :) We have 23 other meal prep episodes for you to pick and choose from. If you haven't already, scroll back a bunch of videos and watch our video about Macros. We will calculate yours for you in the comments section. That will help you get a better understanding of how much you should be eating in a day!
Hey! you did, actually. Thanks for that: "Hello, Your total calorie goal is 1800 cals per day, 150carbs 120protein 80fats" But I guess I'm lazy to count everything to make my meals fit into it. I have to switch certain things because many ingredients are not available where I live (no peanut butter, just peanuts). I guess I will keep eating variations of the meal preps in bigger portions, and eating peanuts and almonds with my tea for now (please don't tell me it's unhealthy), to see how that works. Thank you guys!
I feel as if Those portions are a tad small. am I imagining things here? What I have for breakfast normally is a half cup of oats a half cup of Greek yogurt 2 eggs and a cup of mixed berries. Is my portion size to large? I'm also fairly large at 190lbs 6 feet tall. (Was 240lbs)
Yummy! Also, on a personal side note how did you two meet? I was talking about your channel to my co-worker and she asked that...and I was like....hmmmmm, good question...I am not sure if you ever said...lol thanks for the video :) Namaste :)
so do you guys do keto? Or just low carb? I'll be honest I do all my carb intake in the morning, but sometimes when I fly off the handle I keto diet for6-12 weeks. Also when I do have carbs after noon I reach for starches instead of grains or pastas. My question to you two: what is better? A complex carbs from vegetable or pasta and breads. I personally prefer organic vegetables( although I know bread and pastas can both be organic) my point is I prefer it in its most natural form without being raw.
I tried these last night/today with peanut butter and chocolate, though with soymilk since we are a dairy-free house. I definitely need a sweetener to be able to eat this in the mornings. What sweetener is the least bad? Honey? Something else?

GENIUS!!! That sounds amazing! We have to try it!!! Just no stevia for us :)
There a reason you don't use stevia? Or just preference?
These meal preps are toooo amazing! I'm a uni student so time for cooking isn't something we have time (or the energy for or in the mood) so keeping healthy can be so difficult. I commend how budget friendly your meals are! keep it up guys xx

Thank you my friend !!
Love the recipes you guys come up with!! This might be a silly question, but can we use steel cut oats or do rolled oats work better for overnight? Thanks guys!
Yes! I was wondering the same thing!
Megha Abraham I've made overnight oats with both. I prefer rolled because of the consistency. I also like to use PB2 instead of peanut or almond butter for less calories.
Thanks so much for your input! I can't wait to give them a try :)
what is the difference between steel and rolled?
The processing; steel is less processed than rolled or instant (instant being the most processed). Because of this, steel oats has a different -- toothier -- consistency.
Hi, guys. Another great video as always. What's the best way to perfect a carrot recipe? Have a good day, guys.
Unfortunately, a lot of people are lactose intolerant. Sooo almond milk is a great alternative.
has anybody tried freeze dried milk and fruits to make a mix for camping, traveling or maybe just to stash in a desk drawer for a quick breakfast or snack?
Think I'm going to give it a try.
Thanks for the video share.

On the subject of fat, will you guys ever do a video about the lipid hypothesis and Ancel Key's Seven Country Study?
Please make more lunch meal preps! :)
Hi Roxanna, you can use any of our preps for any time of the day!
Yay well done for using full fat milk. Your body needs that fat in order for calcium to be incorporated into bone. I also add some protein powder to meet the leucine threshold so that catabolism of the muscle is turned off from from when you were sleeping. Then i hit the gym. Love your recipes.
AMAZING! Thanks for the tip. Love it.
+lonewolf prepper you're welcome!! 😊
I love this, been looking for oat recipes, thanks! :)
Sweet! Hope you enjoy ours :)
I just came across this channel and i am in love with it!!! I've learned a lot haha thank you both!!! Subscribed just now :)

+Scott Kaiser awesome !!! It's going to be delicious tomorrow :)
I just made the exact same oats only difference as I add to strawberries and bananas. #fitcouplecooks #fitnationarmy
Y'all rock!!
Awesome =)
Oh my god. I have no idea that the sugar manufacturer actually spread rumors about fats. Unbelievable!!!
Thank you for letting us know :)
What's the measuring spoon you use for the milk and oats?? I want to make this but don't know the quantities
I could only find Cacao extract. How much extract compared to powder?
Your description box doesn't have the storage info from what I can see skimming through it, how long can they be kept in the fridge?
as a former Dairy Farmer I approve this message! Haha :-) I made overnight oats this week with a different recipe but they were still really good
lol Nice!!
Hey could you guys do a green smoothie recipe or a protein shake?
I picked up some steel cut oats today. I noticed there are 3 minute oats which I did not purchase. Should you always go with the more instant choice. I made some Mason jars, tonight and it sure doesn't look like yours. lol
Can you add protein powder to over night oats? Has anyone tried and how does it taste.
Awesome, I'm going to go and get some oats prepped for tomorrow. Perfect timing. :o)
Yay!
Hey guys does it matter what kind of oats ? Rolled or quick oats ?
Thank you for this! Omg.. I literally keep finding a million recipes with almond milk and I can't buy it here unless I want to pay a lot of money for it!
Perfect =)
Great recipe I just use protein powder instead of chia seeds
Wow, you guys are awesome. By the way, is it not necessary to add yogurt to the recipe?
how do you heat the mason jar
can some one please explain what macros are? just dumb it down a little for me please.
Helllo We have a full MACRO video !! Go and watch that !! =)
Thank you guys! This helped me a lot. Subscribed !!! Boom
Hi. What's the minimum amount of time in the frig? Thanks!!
Looking at mason jars on Amazon. The jars you guys used were 8oz/half pint jars, right? I’ve searched and some 8oz mason jars look tiny. I’m confused. Please help!
what's the difference between cocoa and cocao?

Yay finally someone who doesn't use almond milk !!
would this be fine if i put it in a nutribullet to blend and drink it on my way to work ? or would the blended up fruits turn to bad sugar ?
