I suggest you use the hook designated on the wrapper. Although I usually go up one hook size.

The stich looks very nice and it is fascinating to watch it, but the following of the steps is everything but for beginners, like me. I would've liked talking/explaining instead of music and the German translation was not very helpful regarding the explaining of certain stiches and actions. I can try to make notes when rewatching, but this is not for beginners like me.
