    • @alant779
      @alant779 Год назад +56

      The key is to make the cut as close to the pink as you can around the melon. Use your finger as a depth stop with a razor blade as you cut. If you did it right, give it a good twist and the ends should come off clean like an avocado. It's easier to do this with smaller watermelons.

      They didn't use a razorblade, I can tell you that much, LOL.
      How this video was made. Two watermelons.
      One big, one smaller.
      They cut the big watermelon with a knife, as a chef does to remove all of the rind. Set this aside. (Check-out Mark Rober's guide "How to Skin a Watermelon").
      They cut the smaller watermelon with a knife into two halves and carved out the insides with a spoon to remove all the red/pink.
      Then voila, put the previously cut and rounded watermelon into the smaller two halves of watermelon rind.
      Pretend like you cut it with a razorblade.

    I always think moldy things would be soft and squishy like it is with this. Most of the time the stuff gets so hard

    Studying forensics, this is incredibly useful! A lot can be determined about a persons timeline before a crime simply by the state of things in a home, especially food.
