The dog food means a rat or mouse etc was living in that intake for awhile and making it a den, aka storing food
Also, that logo on the air filter was Nissans 1990s logo, that may be a factory air filter that was never changed or not for a veryyyyy long time at the least.

Looks dope! I got a 88 Nissan Maxima 5speed, been looking for a 300zx twin turbo motor I wanna do a swap and convert it to rear wheel drive. Gonna be a nice project that I’ll be starting as soon as I find me a motor and everything for the rear wheel conversation! Keep up the videos!!!

I don’t know if you’ve already started painting it, but are you concerned about the bumper flexing at highway speeds and cracking the paint? I would figure that a wrap is the only option for a material with so much give to it. Thoughts?
Paint doesn’t crack if painted correctly. Almost all cars have plastic/poly bumpers haha.
Kalvins Garage I guess I’m just paranoid, I live in fear of painting after we did my buddy’s blazer and the store associate said he wouldn’t need to add a hardener. Needless to say after a week it turned into the swamp thing picking up every bit of dust and grime on the road.
