Good thought brother, but since a mosfet is used in cascade(means output of TFET is taken as input by MOS) with TFET, somewhere we will get limited by SS slope limit of mosfet especially since mosfet is voltage controlled-current output device. I'm not a device person, so pls correct me if u hav any points. Happy to discuss abt this
