Nice to see Commons Saladaeng featured. I live around the corner from here and am a regular. Most options are decent but now I only go for a few offerings. Bun Meat n Cheese: Their burgers are inspired by In ‘n Out (in California), even offering “Animal Style.” Pretty tasty. SoHo Pizza: Decent pizza in the area. But not NYC-style pizza (as per namesake or as promoted). Crackhouse: Good breakfast burrito. Roots: Good coffee. Smooth cold brew. I buy the coffee beans here. *Boon Tong Kee: Decent but not great Singaporean chicken rice. Sambal is nice, which I miss from Singapore chicken rice. Khao man gai (Thai style chicken rice) doesn’t offer this sambal. Sundays are most pleasant, as there’s live acoustic music.
3:42 funny seeing boon tong kee franchise over in bkk in a small food court, it's a famous chicken rice restaurant in singapore, and seems like their menu is all kinds of other food cater for local palate and not on their specialty of chicken rice
Thanks Jeroen! Always good seeing you and Mirela. I remember you mentioned once that you’d never do a food vlog. And here we are now! How can one not be a foodie in Thailand?!
Enjoyed that video. You cruised right past the little hotel I stayed at in February! I didn't know about the Commons unfortunately. I'll know for next time.
@@globaltravelmate Western food is nice, but this looks more like fast food. Do they have healthy options or only burgers, fried stuff, sugar deserts, ice cream, etc.?
¡Gracias!
Muchas Gracias Gonzalo!!!
It’s on my List for November 😊, great Tip, thank you for it, love Silomarea 😊✌🏼🇹🇭🤟🏼
Cool vlog ❤
R U Talking about the upcoming Match? 🇳🇱 vs 🇷🇴?
Geeat option if you dont want the cheap food court.
ไม่กล้านั่งมอร์เตอร์ไซด์ในกรุงเทพเลยค่ะ น่ากลัว 😂😂
You are a wise lady
The Crackhouse Nashville Hot Chicken breakfast burrito, completely unhealthy but worth it.

I was not aware that they are from Singapore. The food looked good :-)
I have never been there. Must try one time.
I will have to check it out
Man next year I´d like to buy a condo from you. Please wear a helmet. 🙏
That's mission impossible on a motorbike taxi!
We'll get Jeroen to a full food blog soon :)
Another good video showing us unique spots in BKK !
@khoistar
Haha, maybe ;-)
I'm not sure if I am happy or sad for your good lady.
Everytime she looks up from her food, she's like, "He's gone again" 😅
Haha, yeah you are right. Luckily I don't do food vlogs that often :-)
Thanks Jeroen! Always good seeing you and Mirela.

They used to have an amazing Mexican place there but I think it went during the situation
Yeah, a lot of them did not make it :-(
Let your partner participate in these videos, rather than trying to frame her out of shot. You're subscribers will sky rocket!
Yeah and she will kill me. Not every body wants to be on film all the time.

"...where locals enjoy western food." That's not a place for me ;-)
When you live here, you can not eat Thai every day :-)
@@globaltravelmate I don't live there yet but right now I think I can. Can't wait to eat Thai food 3x per day next month haha

Good morning. Yesterday I was Grand Bangsue Station.Taking the noon train to Hatyai.
Nice, how long was the trip to Hat Yai?
Mirella!!!! 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Thank you for the new video. It’s a very tasty video
Haha, yes tasty indeed!
Also one of my Favorite Place when I stay in Bangkok. 🙏
It is a great place if you don't want to eat Thai all the time.
@@globaltravelmate yes and also small snacks. ( Veel plezier Dinsdag jullie samen met EK Ned-Roemenië 😉)
That’s where the local high-society Thai gays like to hangout at night (instead of Silom Soi 4 and Soi 2). Not bad. A bar is in the far right side.
I don't like beer Laos I want it cold😂😂😂 (stupid dutch joke)😂😂
Haha, a typical DAD joke! A Beer Lao op Koh Kut is the worst LOL
❤❤❤❤
