Wait, this has tools for both realistic AND stylized hair? Incredible work! I'm definitely going to spread this around.

At 1:54 Ctrl + Right Click to set the first point of the curve then E to extrude to the next point then Left Click to confirm and so on. When finished Left Click outside the head to deselect the last point of the curve and start over, Ctrl + Right Click to set the beginning of a new curve.

There are multiple ways to achieve something in 3d modeling. You're not special for knowing one way and criticizing another for not doing it your way. In fact, it shows your a weak, narrow thinker. No one cares that you saved 3 seconds doing it your way.

Hey I thought I saw somewhere in one of these tutorials how to do beads or hair ties but I can't seem to find it when I go back through them. Do you have a tutorial that goes over how to put beads in the hair? Can you instance them with hair bricks?

@346 u kind of just breeze through without saying how you pulled up those menus... I've been trying to follow along, but u seem to assume everyone knows the short cut keys...Why dont you use the program that shows what keys youre using so we can keep up. I'm stuck on the pivot point thing.

So a few things... 1 there should be a nice super clean part in-between every braid... Any one who wears braids knows that the part has to be crispy. 2 you wasted alot of time on drawing the hair under the braids. Dude there should be something in your tool to do that easy. Overall I feel like you forget that some people dont know blender to well and all we want is to make our corn rows and be done. The time spent should be working on the style of braids we want not the small stuff like wasting time on pivot or drawing stuff... dude i just want a simple addon that does corn rows super easy without all the techy bs
