Excellent rendition Kelly. Toe tapping dance music.
A very talented Artist - Jim Croce. Taken way before his time. Time In A Bottle by Jim Croce is one of my favourites.
Hi Therese! Yes a tragic end to a great artist for sure. He had so many good songs. Glad you enjoyed the video!!

Hello Kelly! Inregards to the brush part of the paint-brush strum, are all 4 strings brushed or just 3, 2, and 1 strings? Thank you! And btw, you rock!
Hey Karen! For the Paintbrush I generally hit the top string with my thumb and then brush the 3rd, 2nd and 1st with my finger.
There's another similar strum I call the Old Time strum that has the same sort of mechanics ie hit on string with the thumb and then brush the strings below it with the finger. The difference with the Old Time strum is you use your thumb on the 3rd or 2nd string. Have a look at my video here ruclips.net/video/SBoPQuCFQYI/видео.htmlsi=sWqpsUrXJDzR2kEt once you get the Paintbrush strum. The Old Time strum is great to help you start to pull more of the melody of the song out by doing hammer ons etc.
Glad you're enjoying the videos!! Kelly
Thank you! And, whenever I feel like a good gut laugh, I watch your video where you hocked up a lung 😂
@@karent.8245 love it!!
