Good stuff! Keep it up! 👍 I've got a 1979 Aquasport 200 CCP running a 1993 Evinrude 200 Ocean Pro. Got a couple of soft spots in the deck where the t-top towers meet the deck. Plan on re-decking, and adding some plumbing for the bait well. Probably make all of that my first video series, along with going through that Evinrude. Already got it tamed and puring, but i like watching people go through outboards, so i figure others do too.
Note to others.....put a bunch of pull strings in the pipe when you're rebuilding the deck/stringers/etc. Makes pulling wires, steering hoses/cables, etc....SIGNIFICANTLY easier than fishing them through with a snake.
I've done a good bit wire pulling with ethernet or fiber cabling through conduit, so I highly suggest for anyone doing this to run a "chaser" through and then every time you run a new cable through the sub floor pvc, attach a new "chaser" and just pull to the other end. Chaser being a strand of poly rope something that's lightweight but has high tension, so it doesn't snag or break when pulling things with it.

Jet line
And if you forget to put a chaser in you can vacuum some twine through the conduit , then pull something heavier through
You could plug the holes for the rod holder screws then redrill for the screws.
That's actually exactly what I did! Worked like a charm.
Hey Forrest, are you a fellow Pungo-Lian?
I am! Born and raised and all my life.
@@intotheforrest I’m a transplant… I fish out of Little Creek on my Albe Express. Good to know a fellow tuber is so close by
