Instead of spending excessive amounts of time on cooking individual meals or spending excessive amounts of money on takeout/delivery, you should start meal-prepping! This is part one of two, and in this video, I will walk you through my recipe for the perfect healthy Müsli (breakfast cereal). Part two (which will be released next week) will be about my meal prep for lunch and dinner.

Here’s my meal prep:
2lbs organic Turkey (less lean)
1 box green lentil pasta (high protein)
2 bags of organic bone broth, beef most of the time
2Lbs of Broccoli, organic
2 cartons of organic egg whites
It’s genius, I’m a bioengineer who specializes in longevity, give it a shot if you go to Whole Foods. This meal prep is basically a really hearty healthy broth and the egg whites soak up the soup and I’m still messing with the spices!

A2/A2 grass fed milk
Grass fed grass finished beef jerky and so much chocolate lmao.

Hey, I didn't make it to MIT. They rejected me. I was excited to meet people like you, dr. Shor, and Lex (Fridman) there, and contribute to AI research. I have consistently worked hard for the past 4 years, day and night and all the hard work seems wasted now. I got rejected from UC Berkeley and NYU too. I am devastated, without hope, broke, and unemployed. I don't know what to do. I was going to mail you but thought it'd be too weird.

Great question! I think organic mostly matters when it comes to meat. Also, regulations in the US are more relaxed, so I’m more concerned about eating non-organic meat due to hormones and stuff

This probably sounds disgusting af, but i use TVP (textured vegetable protein, essentially dried soy) in oatmeal (i just mix regular oats and TVP). TVP is commonly used as a meat replacement for minced meat etc. BUT you can totally eat it with more sweet flavour and its as neutral in taste as soy flakes and it has kind of a nice texture when soaked in (plant-based) milk. I use a lot of cinnamon and a bit of some sweetener with it.
Unfortunately i couldn't find the soyflakes in my part of Berlin :( (i tried 2 different organic stores (denns, the bio company) and the new fancy Edeka).
You can order online from alnatura, for example :)

Kochen ist keine Zeitverschwendung. Kochen ist eine Kunst, ein Genuss, ein Ausdruck von Tradition und Innovation. Ein präziserer Titel wäre "Effiziente Bedürfnisbefriedigung Hunger" - dann bin ich bei dir. Jeden Tag zu kochen muss auch nicht sein, ich bin auch ein Freund von Meal Prep. Aber der kreative Schaffungsprozess von Zutaten und Gewürzen als Zeitverschwendung zu bezeichnen ist ein Genickschlag für jeden Koch.
