    The speakers include Monique Worrell, State Attorney of the Ninth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida; Jose Bernal, Organizing Director at the Ella Baker Center for Human Rights; Qiana Johnson, Founder of Life After Release; and Rachel Marshall, Executive Director of the Institute for Innovation in Prosecution at John Jay College. The conversation is moderated by Insha Rahman, Vice President of Advocacy & Partnerships at the Vera Institute of Justice.
