Feedback, as you asked, I would have rather kept it to myself but here goes: I was listening in to help give someone else references to helpful videos but I feel its a lot of reading and regurgitation of the material already on the screen. I stand to be corrected as I have not watched much, there aren't many examples with examples and visual representations. Maybe links or looking at movie scenes that deal with specific areas of even websites of companies that give skills development as an example, looking at media of skills development in action of people learning skills like making coffee or other skills. A question I always have is, how can this be helpful than me reading it myself? The content is great but perhaps consider variation but this too could take up much time to source and put together too, that would be a disadvantage but would carry much more weight.
