Do you know why your tests are the Best? Bcs you test cars in all possibble situations, when braking, accelerating, elasticity, you get the car to the limit and it's still sometimes funny.. I love your videos❤️😂
I agree. The other channels got boring after watching this one. I like how he did offroad/bumpy road and horn tests in some of his other videos. A bit more detailed view of the interior would also be great. Also the povs of scuffed and old cars are much more interesting than new cars lol
I like somehow the diesel sound of the 3 cylinder TDI Fun fact : The engine is the same as the 1.9 TDI but with 1 cylinder less when u don't believe take ur calculator and write 1896 × 0.75 and there u have the 1422 cubic
Once again Skoda seem to nail the art of quiet. for a diesel this is very quiet. And I just noticed it's a 2017 model; wow. Can only begin to imagine what the mk4 must be like.
Love your Video, my (newer but still pre facelift) 2018 1.4TDI almost looks exactly the same! 😊 A little correction: Some of your factory specs are from the Hatchback model. The Combi weighs about 1.200kg, accelerates to 100 kph in 11.3sec and has a top speed of 184kph. And all have 90hp. Had a Fabia 1 75hp 1.4TDI Combi before, the new one is a big improvement in engine elasticity, the „turbo hole“ is not THAT big anymore, and CR is a lot quieter than PD. The weird transmission stages and the power gap under certain rpm are still the same, but when you keep her over 1.500rpm it’s all good. There is a video of my old Fabia on my channel, the new one will follow!
@@albert38mocah73 In 1.4 turbo diesel you could do it but you are limited by the engine... fpf and egr must be deleted first with computer then vlock egr/delete dpf, little bigger Intercooler, little bigger turbo or make factory one hybrid, dont touch injectors and now we are talking about 120hp on the wheels for this little car,but its too much effort for such a small improvements 🤪 and lack of relaibility

You really should take a proper car once and go on a track. You are an excellent driver and you really deserve more support, perhaps people will notice if you show them how it's really done.

don't know about you but i prefer random cars than (only) sport cars
I own a Skoda Fabia estate 2017 1.4 TDI, when it's cold and below 0 celsius in the first 2 kilometers I have a car engine misfire despite the fact that im waiting 10 - 15 minutes for the engine to get warm. After that, the engine works fine and has no problems.
Nice video. I have a 2017 Škoda Rapid with the same engine. Only problem is that it has a very noisy engine and that engine shakes a lot, same just like on 5:50.
@@RustyHeartsTOV You didn't understand what I want to tell, I am suprised that on 5-th gear fabia, driving 180 km/h, has only about 3000 rpm, and this is advantage of course, because fiesta 1.4 tdci, like many other similar cars, driving 180 km/h has close to the 4000 rpm. And Fiesta doesn't have 6-th gear, so Fabia is better for autobahns.
Can someone tell me please how much does it "burn" fuel? :D Google says that its consumption is 3.4l/100km, I assume that's not true, but how is it in real?
Around 43mpg combined in the UK, and that includes my lead foot at times, and slightly late gear changes (for the 105hp version of the same engine) idk what that is in l/km though sorry

Very underrated channel. Love the no BS content and occasional humour.
Years ago, I drove Fabia2 1.4 TDI for one business trip. When I started the engine, I thought that it is broken :)
😂😂😂😂

Not bad for 1.4 3 cyl turbo diesel. Nice city wagon. Only thing i would be concern is Dpf filter( when driving in city).
Wait could you not take out the dfp for more hp
Im not sure tho
