My cake keeps falling in the middle what am I doing wrong? Its cooked all the way through. Is it the cake flour I'm using or should I use all purpose?

Mine too all of a sudden. I read where sunken cake means the cake is not done where it's sunken so I've tossed like 3 cakes.
