How good is the CBreeze as a fan on a Concept2?

The CBreeze uses airflow on a Concept2 to create a fan while rowing. Here's how to install it, and what effect it has on Drag Factor.
This video starts with a brief description of what the CBreeze is, then my failure at installing it, followed by successful installation!
I then show the difference in drag factor between having this on, and off the Concept 2's fan assembly cage.
