- The Arizona Commission on Judicial Conduct dismisses almost every complaint it receives: 97.2% of them. Are all of those dismissals justified? There’s no way for the public to know, because much of the documentation is kept secret.
OMG! Corruption in Maricopa County, AZ! Who would have ever thought it?
Integrity & accuracy is slim in Maricopa county’s agency’s.
There's very little ppl with integrity in Az period a lot of ppl there don't even believe in God, probably the reason they are the way they are. Buy wait for it God about to show up and show out. They act like the devil the got cast down satins advocates.
Judge retaliated because I filled complaint.
Judge called me stupid on record.
Judge lied on record.
Then records sealed.
I caught guy robbing me. PPD arrived and arrested me for trespassing on my own property.
Charges dismissed, PPD records and reports requested and paid for, not reserved since 9-16-2021.
Phoenix is horrible liars
My judge in Pinal County family court was biased towards me after I complained about ada accommodations.
Best advice I got was to avoid az courts as much as possible
Many AZ judges at all levels use demeaning and degrading comments and remarks frequently. I have visited courtrooms and have been shocked at how they get away with it.

What a great story. Yay! Will anything happen? Nope. Were all used to this. While she was being investigated she was hired as a prosecutor. What?? Where the heck is the accountability? This is like part of life now
She may have been wrongly persecuted. The people under her emailed the memes to her than posted them on the walls (the judge ordered them taken down) then the clerk made it into a book. It was unprofessional conduct, she did end up resigning. The news report made it out to be much worse than it is and the public (some anyway) were all too willing to make her out to be a witch.

They don't care they are crooked people on the inside telling & they still see nothing wrong, who is over these people and who is over the commission? They all need to be held accountable & Phoenix Court needs to be investigated. They are taking tax payers money & not doing what they are supposed to for the people.
not just arizona judges - courts all across america always doing whats best for the criminal and dont give a dam about community safety -- instead of 7-10 for felon with a weapon, judges are allowing the charge to be reduced and they walk away on probation
Some criminals are cops. You may want to do a piece on Qualified Immunity, someday. It's actually Obstruction of Justice and I can prove it.
It's origin is self invalidating. The doctrine (not a law) was instituted by the Supreme Court of US in 1967. It was to prevent lawsuits against cops who would interfere with civil rights workers trying to bring civil rights to the South. Civil Rights is also called Constitutional Rights. The ones listed in the Bill of Rights.
One of the "Supreme" court justices was recorded giving a big speech on, how Qualified Immunity was applicable... except in cases of "established law".
What laws are more "established" than the Amendment Laws (a word that frequently gets left out) listed in the Bill of Rights. Those enumerated rights are LAWS. Not just any law, the first ten laws of the United States ratified in 1791 and also the highest.
The "Supreme" court of the United States used Qualified Immunity on Constitutional Rights workers on it's very first use. It's 2022 and you still hear about it. It's one proof that the justice system is dysfunctional.
They dismiss all cases they are crooked in family court too. The Commission is no help.
I would like to speak with you, the commission just denied my complaint about the judicial system as well with full evidence.
They, police, court, colleges etc. retaliate.

They wiggled their junk around ask me if it “triggered” me.. They diverted medical care while my siblings like to punish me when I am sick or in a car accident, the insurance company’s love my siblings. CEO Arizona Humana got 1.7 million Christmas bonus the year own family handed me to be abused. Serious drug allergies not addressed since 12-3-2011. Inter time federal agency trying to address telling me to “file police report” and laugh in my face as if laws they conduct business are optional. Please be careful.
I'm willing to die behind my grand daughter besides if God is for me who can be against me. I'm more afraid of God than them. He has the power of life and death no one else does.

Thanks for reporting on this deep moral corruption. Downtown Mesa Association fired me and a veteran because of our concerns for safety in our roles as Downtown Mesa Ambassadors. I was and still am dealing with poverty because of their decision to downplay the severity of opioid use and homeless weilding weapons around the school campuses that we patrolled to help keep everyone safe.
They don't care about ppl, they care about money.
It's so many drugs and addicts in Az because they jail ppl with drug addictions, jail cell does not cure drug abuse.

That judge shouldn't have been punished for that Facebook post. It was funny and didn't give names. I don't see any problem with it. Also, the memes and comments from the other judge were not a big deal. It wasn't "professional" but who cares. As for the people that the memes were about; they are not victims. They didn't even know until that whining, no sense of humor Shaffer started crying and making a huge deal out of nothing. I think the "karen" name should be changed to "being a Shaffer." There are a lot of actual problems out there. Memes aren't one.
