Tim Burton was asked why he chose Michael Keaton of all actors to play Batman back in 1989. He replied that it was Keaton's eyes that captured the character. I'm seeing a lot of that in Robert Pattinson's portrayal here. His expressiveness through the eyes is chilling in these trailers.
It's not really comic book accurate, they went for a more realistic look similar to Bale's trilogy, except they took it even further by using real life stuff as much as possible. The Batman suit is mostly made up of real life military issue pieces from different armies around the world. The Batmobile was custom built but based on real world muscle cars and dragsters. It was built for combat, so a bit like the cars in the Mad Max movies.
Oh definitely John wick cause so far I haven’t seen a shakey cam in the fights in these trailers so hopes up they won’t go with shakey cam for the fights
Man this Batman looks brutal, the gun/hallway scene reminds me of the punisher. The cinematography and lighting is just beautiful, i cant wait to see this in the cinema

This is the most PISSED OFF Batman I think I’ve ever seen!!! You can feel how his overwhelming rage is. He doesn’t kill, he beats them so badly the bad guys wish for a quick and painless death. The look Selina gave to Batman when he is pummeling that guy, he looks like he will ground and pound you until there is literally nothing left but a red smear. I asked for a movie that looks like The Dark Knight meets Se7en and I got it.👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

I’m really looking forward to Pattinson’s narration. There's some really great stuff in this trailer. I love especially how this is a year two Batman where he is still full of rage and he cares about vengeance than he does about justice. Two key points are where he has that guy by the throat and the look on his face tells that he is trying to stop himself from beating him further, not to mention the part where Selina Kyle genuinely looks concerned as he's beating that guy to a pulp. Really amazing stuff, and the cinematography looks like it's off the charts. I honestly cannot wait for this - it looks like everything I want from a Batman film. Also really makes me want to replay the Arkham games.
I've been watching these guys back from when they were at Superhero News, to Hyper RPG, and now to their own channel. It's great to see them 3 together after all these years
Batman is my favorite comic character. But I honestly, honestly didn't think I could get excited about another Batman project for a long while. The last one I truly loved was The Dark Knight and everything since then has just been okay. I really liked Ben Affleck as Batman, but the films he appeared in did not do justice to his version of the character... so just a missed opportunity, more like a tease of what could have been. So I've just felt kind of deflated since. But this trailer... wow. I'm sold. I'm excited. I'm not just hopeful it will be good, I'm convinced it will be good. It's crazy how this feels new and fresh despite how many versions of Batman already exist.

This trailer gets that same feeling going with me and I'm very intrigued to see how it plays out on the big screen. I've wandered away from Batman for many, many years and this might bring me back...

I didn't know where he was supposed to be in his career except for early, but hearing year two the fact that he isn't bottled up and completely stoic yet I think is cool. What I think could be interesting, but I think some people would get mad at is if at some point he's beating the crap out of someone and he just completely brakes down. He just becomes emotionally spent and could play into the Arkham lineage if that's where they decide to take the character.
2:34 I don't think anyone has noticed that he uses a glider suit now rather than nolan using his Cape to glide, I haven't seen any other batmen use a glider suit created with the suit other than this Batman
