This is one of the best tutorial I’ve ever watched. Just the right balance of detail, time, and usability. Wonderful voice to listen to, as well! 👏 Can you do the same, but with a bayesian ANOVA?

Thanks for the kind words! It is our goal with these videos to do exactly that. Provide enough detail to actually conduct the test in a short time period. Bayesian ANOVAs are definitely on the list we are working on some non-parametric videos right now and then will get working on the Bayesian soon!

my interaction was non significant but my time (pre, during and after) was significant, however the time by itself is not an option for post hoc? my groups also had no significance

If time is not showing up as a variable under your post hocs did you name it something else? or not name it at all? If it is not a naming issue it might be an error in JASP I would try relaunching the program. If that doesn't solve the issue I would try making sure it is up to date. If neither of these solves the issues you can try contacting the people who run JASP as they have a platform for reporting errors: github.com/jasp-stats/

I don't have the interaction option in the post hoc window.. what should I do?

@19miki96 do you have one or two variables in the post hoc window? if its one this means there is only one variable and you should have not interaction. If you do have two or more variables and the interaction term is missing then there might be some kind of error. I would try relaunching JASP and see if that fixes the issues. If not try reinstalling it and updating to the latest verison. If neither of these solves the issues you can try contacting the people who run JASP as they have a platform for reporting errors: github.com/jasp-stats/

@@ShipUSTATS Thanks for the thorough answer. I have two "variables" in the post hoc (timing and condition) and although the interaction is significant, unlike yours, it doesn't appear in the post hoc options. Relaunching the program few times unfortunately didn't help..

@@19miki96 I didn't see your reply. Were you able to find a solution?
