The guitar shown was played through a Fender Deluxe Reverb from 1978 and recorded with a Shure SM57 (right) and a Sennheiser 409 (left) . The backing tracks were recorded into a Fame Twin Looper on the same instrument right before the recording of each video. A Red Panda Tensor was used for additional loops and sounds. Overdrive Sounds come from a Vemuram Jan Ray and the Greer Amps Lightspeed as booster.
Tobias Hoffmann is a award winning guitar player from cologne, germany. He combines the sounds of Jazz, Blues, Rock, Surf and some experimental stuff. Check him out:

Ok I'm a Jeff Beck fan I was impressed by the Broadcaster 1950-but now I'm gobsmacked to hear a different voice used in a guitar set up by fender for Jeff's vocals in such a different way my god your breath is so excelling in its use and pausing makes you reflect on whats being said on the strat. in use and as stated beautiful. Hang On Loopy Loopy Hang On I know but I couldn't help myself Yardbirds are in my blood.

The Hot Noiseless set, full stacks with a dummy coil on the bottom of each one. Bridge is nearly 10K! I wired mine with 500K log volume and no-load master tone with 50s wiring and a treble bleed, 1nf and 150K resistor in parallel works best so far (didn't use the 20K in series on the input lug.) 2nd tone is a 1/4 blend to dial the neck in on Position 1. TBX master tone might also work well but the no-load set to 10 (off) brings more HF in. Great with a Dallas Rangemaster clone;
"Normal" strat sounds with volume between 8 and 7. 10 with the Rangemaster and some Klon or Honey Bee dirt and a TS8 can take your head off, careful! lol.
They're great. Don't expect Fat 50s or 60s sounds tho. Might sound kooky but I want to try 12 flats and 3 stock trem springs when I change strings next, maybe even brass Gotoh saddles. Currently I have 5 Raw Vintage springs and round core 9s and a one piece maple neck, it cuts like a katana.
@@oldasrocks9121Many thanks for your detailed, informative reply. I am still trying to figure out which are the best single coils for me to go for after taking all things into consideration. I do love the sound of the original alnico pickups but I have heard some good sounding noiseless ones also.

@@johndaugherty4127 A Jeff Beck strat is nothing like the one that he played. It's a great guitar but I'd go for an elite strat myself.
