This is really cool, I do like Kathril, Aspect Warper but Tayam is kinda just sitting around in that deck. SO finding a way to use him more effectively sounds amazing.
Lots of similar cards that I've put in my deck. Although I try not to run any infinite combos since I'm the strongest player of my group most of the time. Makes it more challenging. Only combo-like card that can win me the game is Mr. Syr Konrad himself. Love the way he can win you the game, so had to include him.
Remorseful Cleric and Scavenger Ooze are great graveyard removal you can recur with Tayam. Gideon of the Trials has a lot of potential too as a way prolong the game until you can put your pieces together

I can suggest Ghave. He's great on budget and can be later upgraded to cEDH level.
I’ve built this deck too. But I built it with fungus subtype theme. And it worked really well. All those spore counters ;)

Technically the Meathook Massacre counts as 2 CMC, so it's a perfectly viable board wipe/stax piece to include in the deck.
Tayam is my fav commander from 2020. He's a lot of fun to play.
Looks like a sweet deck. My Abzan slot is already overflowing with Karador and Ghave or else I’d build this.
