I just realized, why you produce these videos (Quality from another planet). Your videos are the reason, why people are not driving up there, because you captured it in a way, the regular amateur filmmaker will not be able to do. So we don't have to go up there, because we lived side by side with you going through your adventures. So the carbon footprint is minute. Which is a good thing. With this episode marking the end of your Arctic journey, it was like watch a good series come to an end on one of the prime movie channels and it leaves us stranded, but with the good memories of being there, thanks to you.
I’m feeling melancholy now too. It’s been a pleasure living vicariously through you and your adventures. All the best, brother!
Probably feeling melancholy because Rose is about to cheat on you with a bum from 3rd class.
Using big words doesn’t make you smart lmao
Absolutely loved this series! the scenery and trip was just incredible!
Thank you Chad for taking us along with you. Take care
An inspired and fitting ending to an outstanding journey. Filming, editing, accompanying music and sounds all contributed to creating a documentary series for all the senses. If there were RUclips Oscars this Alaskan odyssey would be a clear winner.
Argee, all said !!!1
Thanks so much Chad for a wonderful trip, it is sad to see the end,all the wonderful places and wild weather, looking forward to some more van life one day 💙❄️🤩💙👍🙏
Once again thanks for sharing your adventure! The landscapes of the frozen tundra never bore me.
Rarely any "private vehicles" make this trip. It's something special and almost none of us will experience it. You shared the journey with us, so we can experience it through you.
Taking the Ferry is smart a break from driving fatigued! Less wear/tear on van also. Thank soo much !!! Michigan
The mountains remind me the importance of maintaining humility. These videos are very relaxing and super high quality thank you
Chad, at the beginning of the whole Return To The Arctic series, to be honest, I didn't know what you were going to do to beat the amazing experience that your last adventure to the Arctic gave me. But I have to say: you did it!! Each episode was a masterpiece again! You said that the realization that this wonderful journey was over put you in a bit of a melancholy mood, but the truth is that it put me in a similar mood too. But what is certain is that I will rewatch these episodes many many times! Thank you for allowing me to be part of this journey through beautiful landscapes through your videos, which was full of exciting and interesting experiences and information for everyone who watched the episodes! I'm excited for all the videos coming out this year on your channel!
That’s so very awesome. I really appreciate your words. That was one reason for going back to the arctic. I knew there was more story to be told. I’m glad I did. Because it was an epic experience. Thanks for following along
What was even more amazing than the scenery was the woman in Juneau, who asked what you're doing, spent her entire adult life hoping to one day meet a Chad...& finally did.
Great move taking the ferry back down. Saves you the grind of all that driving, and makes for some new and beautiful footage for us viewers. Thanks!
Thank you Chad for taking us with you on this awesome trip!
Absolutely stunning ❤
I will never ever be able to see Alaska at all! So from the bottom of my heart, thank you so much! I loved being with you on this adventure. I live in Florida, so thank you again Chad!
That artic ocean adventure was awesome..actually...award trophy winning🎉🎉🎉
I am a simple man!
I see the notification of LTVL, I click.
Those gloomy Pacific Northwest rain clouds, a perfect way to end 💯
Such an inspiring adventure ! Thank you so much to allow us to live with you this amazing trip...👃👃👃
We stopped in Ketchikan and Juneau during tourist season. We were indeed on a cruise ship. We have great memories from a beer with the locals in the "Totem" bar in Ketchikan. The "Alaskan" bar in Juneau was a great experience too. Great authentic vintage bar. We convinced the only bartender there that afternoon to go up on stage. She played guitar and sang a song for us. She was awesome. We loved our stops in those two cities.
Слов нет красивые места!👍
What a great way to get home especially after all that driving. Thanks for sharing the journey 👍
The Glacier, what a beautiful sight!! The people standing there looked so tiny 😮 Nice footage Chad and happy you took a different route on the way back!! Thanks, stay safe 🙌👋🤩
This is the best series I've ever watched on RUclips. The scenery, music, and storytelling were outstanding. Time and time again I replayed parts of the videos for my wife and kids to see. I'm in awe of your ability to pull off this trip. Thank you for bringing us viewers along for an amazing adventure.
Thanks again for lighting up everyone's lives with these breathtaking videos. For those of us whose lives are limited now, for whatever reason, we appreciate it.
In the 1970's/1980's alot of people pitched their tends on the deck of the ferry. When I took the ferry in 2010 to celebrate my college graduation I was one of only a few people pitching my tent on the deck of the ferry and I got some wierd looks. Rooms on the Ferry cost over $100 a night back then I hate to think what they cost now and as a young person without alot of money camping most nights was the only way I could travel. I'm so glad I took that trip, I saw so many amazing things and really enjoyed the ferry ride, Juneau was my favorite town there was so much to do. Even though alot of people assumed I was a homeless person, one person even tried to give me food and I had to explain that I was on vacation and I had to carry a 40 lb pack several miles from the ferry terminal to town it was still a wonderful experience. Its sad how much harder its gotten to travel cheaply and many young people can't afford to travel. Even though I made 90k last year and can afford more hotels now I still spend most nights in my camper Van I guess when you can't afford hotels for so long not staying in hotels becomes a habit and I don't want to support businesses that price out young people.
That glacier was just...SURREAL! Looked like something out of Star Trek lol Thanks for another episode of your adventures to the Arctic. Keep on truckin'
Thank you Chad! It's been so awesome being part of your journey.
I've been a resident of British Columbia for over 20 years and I'm still captivated by the rugged beauty of the North-West. There's nothing on Earth that reveals the majestic desolation and peacefulness you get from the combination of water, mountains, and forests. Thanks for taking me along on this ride. I'm saddened to see it end.
Your videos are awesome! Great production! I've been watching for years! Cheers from Kamloops British Columbia Canada! I love the music and heart that go into your videos. Cheers, American Brother!
You are just one over and above Chad. Its like a real movie to me. Thank you very much. Regards here from a warm South Africa!

Like always GOOD video with peace. Thank you. Be safe my friend.
Parking amongst other vehicles sounds smart !
Yeah, that's nice way to live! Life is short, all that you need, a little van can carry....there's no need more...just go!
I love watching this series, even better than last year. I work at REI in Bend and my friend Peter met you. I was so bummed I missed you. Hope to see you in there soon.
Chad, thank you for this series. This is some top notch content. Your cinematography, soundtrack, elements, and commentary is just perfection. Your the best at this niche on RUclips, hands down.
I've always wanted to go to Alaska and was on the fence on going this summer. I really do not like flying. Not because I'm scared, but I just prefer the road much more. A round trip from the Bay area to Alaska really seemed like a lot but was really considering it. Little did a know that there's a ferry that goes from Alaska to Bellingham! That really was a game changer for me and didn't know this until watching your video. This knocks off 2k miles! Finding this out, I'm now planning my great Alaskan road trip thanks to you! Thanks my man!
It's looks like you have the whole ship to yourself!!🤩🤩
Outstanding work Chad! Thank you.

Fantastic way to end your adventure. Traveling the Alaska Marine Highway is a favorite of mine, even after many years of living in Alaska. FYI, Ketchikan has some wonderful eating spots known by the locals. A friendly and fun town.
